Mechanism for Credit Card via Online & Store:
Purchase with minimum Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction) at UNIQLO stores or online (website/apps) and customer will get cashback that will be credited to the credit balance for a maximum of 40 working days from the end of promotional period or maximum by 3 March 2025.
- Cashback Rp200,000: for using Mandiri JCB Precious Credit Card payment.
- Cashback Rp100,000: for using Mandiri Signature, World, World Elite Status Credit Card (VISA, Master) payment.

A) Not valid for multiple purchase
Customer makes a transaction with Mandiri Signature Credit Card on 23 November 2024 at UNIQLO store with an amount of Rp3,000,000. Customer will get Rp 100,000 cashback within 40 working days since the end of promotion date or maximum by 3 March 2025.
B) 1 (one cashback per customer)
Customer makes a transaction with Mandiri Signature Credit Card with amount of Rp2,000,000 on on 23 November and Mandiri JCB Precious Credit Card with amount of Rp3,000,000 on 31 December 2024 at UNIQLO store. Customer will ONLY get Rp 100,000 cashback (first transaction) within 40 working days since the end of promotion date or maximum by 3 March 2025.

Mechanism for Debit Card via online*:
Purchase with minimum Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction) with Mandiri Debit VISA via online (UNIQLO website/apps), customers are eligible to get cashback Rp 100,000. Cashback will be credited to the bank account maximum 40 working days from the end promotional period or maximum by 3 March 2025.
For online purchase, both Mandiri Debit and Credit Card, cashback ONLY eligible if completing the payment by entering the card number through payment method “Credit Card” as below:

B) 1 (one) cashback per customer
Customer makes 2 (two) transactions with 2 (two) different Mandiri VISA Debit Card with each transaction amount of Rp2,000,000 on on 23 November and Rp3,000,000 on 31 December 2024 at UNIQLO store. Customer will ONLY get Rp 100,000 cashback within 40 working days since the end of promotion date or maximum by 3 March 2025.

Please be noted for below points:
- Cashback is only valid 1 (one) time for each customer.
- Cashback is not valid for multiple purchases.
- Cashback will not be obtained for payment through QRIS and Virtual Account.
- Cashback will not be obtained for payment with a Debit Card through Pay in Store method.
- In-store purchases must be through EDC Mandiri.
- For online purchases, please choose the "Credit Card" method for both Mandiri Debit and Credit Card payments.
FAQs:
1. Q : I have a Mandiri JCB Precious Credit Card and a Mandiri VISA Debit Card, can I get cashback for each card?
A : Yes, cashback is eligible for each type of Mandiri card used as long as the purchases fulfill the requirements. However, 1 (one) customer can only get 1 (one) cashback of each card type (Credit / Debit).
*For example, a customer makes 2 (two) transactions,
- Online purchase with Mandiri VISA Debit Card for Rp 2,000,000,- on 24 November 2024
- In-store purchase with Mandiri JCB Precious Credit Card of Rp 3.000.000,- on 27 December 2024
Then customers will get cashback of Rp 100,000 for the use of Mandiri VISA Debit Card and Rp 200,000 for the use of Mandiri JCB Precious Credit Card within 40 working days from the end of the promotion date or maximum until 3 March 2025.
2. Q : Can I get the Mandiri cashback right after the transaction?
A : No, the cashback will be credited to your billing statement or bank account as below:

A: No, transaction at store with Mandiri Debit is not eligible to get the cashback.
4. Can I use Virtual Account (VA) Bank Transfer method to get the cashback for online transactions with Mandiri Debit Card?
A: No, you will not get the cashback if using VA Bank Transfer. Please refer here for the eligible payment method for Mandiri Debit Card.
5. Q: Can I use payment with QRIS to get the cashback?
A: No, you will not get the cashback if using QRIS. Please refer here for the T&C of the cashback.
6. Q: I order online through Pay in Store method with the Mandiri VISA Mandiri Debit, will I get cashback?
A: No, cashback is not applicable for Pay in Store with Mandiri Debit Card. Please refer here for the eligible payment method for Mandiri Debit Card.

7. Q: I have paid using a Mandiri card with a purchase of Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction), will there be a notification by On Livin by Mandiri about this cashback?
A: After paying there is no notification via email or cashback statement on the receipt or invoice. However, after the cashback is successful, you will receive a notification.
- Mandiri Credit Card: after cashback is sent to the Credit Billing, there will be a WhatsApp notification for the eligible customers
- Mandiri Debit Card: after the cashback is sent to the Mandiri Saving account, there will be a notification from Livin’ by Mandiri Apps for the eligible customers.
8. Q: Is there a specific code that must be entered to get Mandiri cashback when ordering online?
A: There is no special code or coupon. If your transaction at UNIQLO store or online (website/application) has met the terms and conditions, you will get the cashback.
9. Q: Will I still get the cashback if I return the product?
A: No. You will not get cashback if you return products for a refund.
10. Q: I still haven't received the cashback even though it has been 2 (two) months since the promotion ended.
A: If you haven't received the cashback, you can contact Mandiri Call Center 14000.
