1. Q: Is there a specific code/coupon that must be entered to get SPayLater Special Offer when ordering online?
A: No, if the requirements above are fulfilled, the amount will automatically be deducted on the ShopeePay Application.

2. Q: Can I pay via Shopee marketplace / E-commerce to get the discount?
A: No. The payment must be completed through ShopeePay application. Otherwise, the special offer will not applicable.

3. Q: Can the discount be used if I use SPayLater without installments or with only 1 (one) time installment?
A: No. Please refer to the requirements above for details.

4. Q: Can I use ShopeePay (not SPayLater) to get the deduction?
A: No. You will not get a special offer if you use ShopeePay or other methods. You must use SPayLater with the requirements above to get the deduction.

5. Q: The amount is not deducted on ShopeePay application, although I have chosen SPayLater with the requirements above and never use the promo previously.

6. Q: Can my order be cancelled? I missed the information about the special offer.
