Mechanism:
- Purchase with minimum spending IDR 699,000 (after alteration, gift-wrapping fee, and coupon deduction) will get 1 (one) free UNIQLO Foldable Bag
- Unable to choose colors / the color is randomly given
- While stock lasts
- Daily allocation is applied per store.
- Not valid for multiple purchases (1 receipt or order number = 1 bag; 2 receipts or order numbers = 2 bags; 3 receipts or order numbers = 3 bags, so on)
Please note:
- For online purchases: the Foldable Bag will be delivered together with your items to the address or store you selected, while stocks last.
- For in-store purchases: the Foldable Bag will be given directly by the cashier. For Self-Checkout transactions, please present your proof of purchase to the cashier to redeem the Foldable Bag. Redemption can only be made on the same day, while the daily quota is still available. It cannot be redeemed on a different day.
1. Q: My online order meets the requirements, but on the checkout page there is no information that I’ll get the UNIQLO Foldable Bag.
A: There is indeed no information on the checkout page regarding the novelty UNIQLO Foldable Bag. If your order meets the requirements, the warehouse will automatically deliver the UNIQLO Foldable Bag along with the products to your selected address/store.
*You can check the invoice after the order is shipped to ensure it. If there is no “UNIQLO Foldable Bag” statement, it means that you do not get the novelty due to out of stock.
2. Q: Why do I not get a free UNIQLO Foldable Bag although I’ve spent Rp 699,000?
A: UNIQLO Foldable Bag is given to customers who meet the requirements and while stocks last. So it is possible that you did not get the UNIQLO Foldable Bag because the stock is no longer available.

A: Yes, you can use the coupon as long as the amount AFTER coupon and other fees is still Rp 699.000 above. You may refer to the table below:

5. Q. Is the 1 (one) UNIQLO Foldable Travel Bag promotion valid in all UNIQLO mall stores?
A. Yes, the UNIQLO Foldable Bag promotion is valid at all UNIQLO stores in Indonesia and applicable for online purchase (home delivery and Click & Collect). Not valid for Order & Pick service at EC.
6. Q: I choose Click and Collect, can I get my order with UNIQLO Foldable Bag by the same day I ordered?
A: For period 27 - 29 May 2026, Click and Collect orders will be processed by our online warehouse. Please wait for the email notification with the subject <UNIQLO Indonesia> Your Click & Collect Order has arrived after the product has arrived at the store.
7. Q: Will I get the UNIQLO Foldable Bag if I pick up my Click and Collect order on 27 May 2026?
A: The novelty will be given to customers who place and pay their order on 27 - 29 May 2026 with minimum purchase IDR 699,000 (after coupon deduction) while the supplies last. Orders placed before or after the promotion period will not receive the novelty, even if you pick up the order during the promotion period.
8. Q: I want to return my order because I chose the wrong size when shopping online. Should I return the UNIQLO Foldable Bag too?
