Q. My delivery tracking number is not found

The tracking number can be tracked within 1x24 hours since it was issued.

Especially for delivery to outside Jabodetabek, the delivery will be processed by the next day of the order (D+1) in the evening around 18.00 - 20.00 WIB.

If the tracking number stated "Not Found" on courier's website, it means that the order is still processed at our Warehouse. Please be willing to wait within 1x24 hours for the tracking number can be traced.
