Q. How do I create an online customer account?

You may create and register a Uniqlo account on our website at www.uniqlo.com/id. Simply click "Create an Account". Enter the required details and click "Register". Please note that you must be 18 years old and above to register for a Uniqlo membership account.

Steps in creating and registering a Uniqlo account:
1. Open the UNIQLO app and go to 'Create Account' or please click the link here.
2. Fill in all the required fields

Email
Password, please create a password with at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers and one of the symbols - _ . @ because if you use other symbols, there will be an error or it cannot be registered.
Postal Code
Date of birth
Gender

3. Check the User Terms and Privacy Policy
4. Click “Review”
5. Please make sure the registered email is correct, then click “Submit verification code”
6. Please check your inbox/spam/junk email and copy the verification code sent from noreply-enews@mail.id.uniqlo.com. Please do not close the UNIQLO app while checking your email.
7. Enter the verification code on the UNIQLO registration page
8. Click “Continue” and your account will be connected to UNIQLO.

In addition, when using the UNIQLO app, we recommend using the software below:

iPhone, iPad, iOS version: iPhone iOS 13 or later.

Android version: Android OS 6 or later.
