Q. I already transferred my order but the status still “incomplete" / "pending"

For VA Bank Transfer
The System takes maximum 1.5 hours to verify the status after your payment is success. 
Please check your order history periodically. If after 1.5 hours the status on your order history still "incomplete", please contact to our Customer Support through this link with the screenshot of the recent status.


For Gopay and QRIS
System needs 10 - 15 minutes to verify the status after your payment is success.
Please check your order history periodically. If after 15 minutes there is still red notice and the status on your order history still "pending", please contact to our Customer Support through this link with the screenshot of the most recent status.
