Q. I have forgotten my account password

If you are trying to log in and you cannot remember your password, please click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. You will receive an email to reset your account password. Please ensure you also check your junk/spam folder as the email may end up in there.

New password must fulfill the following requirements: 
i. 8 – 20 letters, 
ii. contain both letters and numbers 
iii. optionally symbols shown here can be used: - _ . @    
(Please note alternative symbols can not be used)  

If you have still not received the email, it may be because you do not actually have a registered account with us. You can contact our Customer Support via any channels available below and we can further investigate or assist with resetting your account password.
