2. Q: Can I get the cashback right after opening the account?
A: No, you will get the cashback within 7 (seven) working days after all T&C is fulfilled.

3. Q: Will I get notification when I receive the cashback?
A: Yes, you will receive a notification through UOB TMRW App Push Notification once the cashback is received.

4. Q: I haven’t received the cashback Rp100.000. Is there any call center so I can confirm about it?
A: If you haven’t received the cashback within 7 (seven) working days after the T&C is fulfilled, please contact Bank UOB Contact Center at 14008 or through UOB TMRW App

5. Q: Can I get the cashback from opening UOB TMRW and cashback from purchase at UNIQLO online Rp 800.000 (after coupon deduction) with this new UOB account?
A: Yes, as long as customer transact using TMRW Credit Card.
