2. Q: Can I get the cashback right after opening the account? 
A: No, you will get the cashback within 14 working days. 

3. Q: Will I get notification when I receive the cashback? 
A: Yes, you will receive a notification through Whatsapp message from Bank Mandiri’s official account.  And kindly check gradually your account statement within 14 working days after the end of the promotion period.

4. Q: I haven’t received the cashback Rp50.000. Is there any call center so I can confirm about it? 
A: If you haven’t received the cashback within 14 working days, please contact Bank Mandiri Call center 14000. 

5. Q: Can I get the cashback from opening Mandiri’s Tabungan NOW and cashback from purchase at UNIQLO online Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction) with this new Mandiri account? 
A: Yes, you are entitled to get 2 (two) cashbacks if the requirements are fulfilled.

5. To open Mandiri Credit Card account, you will need: 
   • Photo selfie

6. The welcome bonus Rp 300.000  will be credited to your billing statement within 30 working days or 60 days at the latest after the first transaction with minimum amount Rp 1,- (One Rupiah) have been made
7. Customer will get extra Cashback Rp100.000 if the first transaction with minimum amount Rp 800.000, within 1 (One) month after the card approved (not cumulative).
