How to Use the Order & Pick Service

Order & Pick allows you to order and pay online for items that are available at your local UNIQLO store to collect in as little as two hours*.
Are your product/s unavailable in store?
No worries, if the product is still available online, you can select Click & Collect at the checkout page to send the product from our online warehouse to your local store. Please click here for more details about Click & Collect.

1. Select Your Product
- On the page of the desired product, select the colour and size to see if the item is available for in-store pickup. Scroll down to Select your pickup location and click [Order & Pick].
2. Choose Your Pickup Location
- If a specific store appears but you wish to pick up from another store, click [Search other stores]. On the store inventory search page, enter the store, postcode, or address.
- Click the [Order & Pick] button for the store where you can visit.
- Stores without the [Order & Pick] button are not eligible for the service.
3. Add to Cart
- Review the details of your selected store and item. To add to your cart, click [Order & Pick].
- You may adjust the quantity if you purchase multiple items in your shopping cart.
4. Review Your Cart and Checkout
- Click [View Cart] and click [Go to checkout].
- To add more items, click [Continue shopping] and repeat the steps before checkout.
- You cannot combine items from different stores in one order. If you add items from multiple stores or from our online warehouse, you will need to place separate orders.
5. Payment
- Enter your payment option and click [Place Order].
- Even if you have already registered your credit card information, you must re-enter the security code.
6. Collection
- When your order is ready, we will send an email and app push to let you know.
- Please kindly check your order progress in APP or wait for this email as the store may still be preparing your order.
- Please note that we aim to have your order ready in as little as 2 hours, however during peak times it may take a longer (more than 2 hours) so please wait to receive your email confirming pick up is available. It applies only during the opening hours of the selected store and is subject to product availability.
- The available payment method for the Order & Pick service is Credit Card only.
- Please select the Order & Pick option for your preferred store via the [Search other stores] button on the product page.
- Orders that have already been confirmed cannot be changed to the Order & Pick service.
- Please note that when using Order & Pick, novelty and gift options are not available.
