You can access your purchase history by logging in to your UNIQLO account >> clicking [My account] >> clicking [Purchase history] tab.
Please note that your app should be linked to your account for you to see your purchase history.
- You can see your purchase history for both retail and online store.
- Your retail store purchase history will be reflected next day as long as you scan your membership barcode with your purchase.
- Purchase history does not show any returned or exchanged items.
- Purchase history is not valid proof of purchase.
- For store purchase, please bring your receipt if you wish to exchange items at a store
- For online purchase, you should fulfil the return card, send the item to our warehouse and when warehouse received the returned item, we will proceed the refund.
