Return and Exchange Conditions

Return and Exchange Deadline

Store Purchases
Within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Online Orders
Within 30 days of the shipping date. You can check the return deadline on the [Purchase History] as below:

Products required for Returns and Exchanges

Products must be in brand-new condition unused, unwashed, and complete with all original accessories such as product tags, stickers, buttons, etc. Additionally, they must NOT fall under the category of “Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return” listed below. 

For purchases directly at the Store
Exchange can be made at any UNIQLO Indonesia store with the store's stock.

  • Please bring the products along with the price tag and the Paper receipt or E-receipt.
*Please note: Exchanges cannot be processed if you only show the [Product List] from the purchase history. Please ask the staff to assist with finding e-receipt if opted during the transaction.


For purchases at the Online Store
Exchange can be processed at any UNIQLO Indonesia store with the store's stock. Products can be exchanged for a different size or color in-store.
Return can only be processed by sending the product to the warehouse.

  • For exchanges, Purchase Invoice from [Purchase History] at the APP is required. Please prepare it and bring it along with the product and the price tag.
  • For returns, the Return Slip paper is required. Please send it along with the product and the price tag.

Products that Cannot be Exchanged or Returned

  • Products that have been used or washed
  • Products that are scratched, damaged, dirtied, or soiled
  • Products that have scents (smell, perfume, etc)
  • Products that have been hemmed or altered
  • Accessories (including glasses, bags, caps, belts, socks, room shoes, etc)
  • Innerwear (including underwear and bras)
  • Baby products
  • Used clothing sold at RE.UNIQLO, and products that have undergone repair services

Additional items required for Exchange or Return

Along with the product, below items are required for exchange or return:
  • Paper receipt / e-receipt / e-invoice
  • Price tags (paper tags with barcodes and prices)
  • Attention tag (tag with handling instructions)
