Ordering Time for Click & Collect Same Day  

Place your order and complete the payment within 00.01 WIB - 11.59 WIB to have your order delivered within the same day to the selected store. Please note that system needs time to confirm the payment as below:

1. For VA Bank Transfer, system needs maximum 1.5 hours (90 minutes) to confirm (verify) the payment after you paid.
2. For Gopay/QRIS, system needs maximum 90 minutes to confirm (verify) the payment after you paid.

If the payment is done outside the mentioned time and the order has alteration service / gift wrap, the normal delivery estimation will be applied. Below is the estimated delivery time:

Collection time  

The click & Collect order will be ready to pick up by 19.00 - 21.00 WIB.

When picking up the order at the store, you can show the barcode shown on the email or show the details of order with status "Ready to pick up" on your order history.
You will have 14 days to collect your Click & Collect order in the UNIQLO store from the arrival date. 


FAQs: 
1. Q: Does the same day service apply for Click & Collect at all stores? 

A: No, same day service only applied at some selected stores and. Click
here for the list of the stores that have same day service. For other stores and every order with alteration and gift wrapping service, apply the regular estimated process time.  

2. Q: Does the same day service also apply for home delivery? 
A: No, same day service only available for Click and Collect method to the selected stores. 

3. Q: Can I collect the order right away after payment? 
A: No, Click & Collect orders cannot be picked up right away after the payment. Please be willing to wait until you receive the email with a barcode or until the order status is updated to “Ready to Pick Up”. 

4. Q: It’s been 2 hours since I paid, but I still haven’t received the email barcode. Can I just collect the product at the store without the email barcode? 
A: If you haven’t received the email with a barcode and the order status is still “preparing” or “shipped”, that means your order is still processed and not yet ready to be picked up. 
Please be willing to wait until you receive the email with a barcode or until the order status is updated to “Ready to Pick Up”. 

5. Q: I ordered a Click & Collect order to UNIQLO Senayan City on 11.58 WIB and paid on 12.03 WIB. Can I collect my order at the store by the same day? 
A: No, the cut off time for same day service is 11.59 WIB. Therefore, if you pay above that time, it will be processed by regular service, which is 1 - 2 days. 

6. Q: For same day service, when will the order be ready to be picked up at the store? 
A: For same day service, the order will be ready to be picked up at the store around 19.00 - 21.00 WIB. 

7. Q: I can’t come to the store to pick up my order, can I ask my friend to do it? 
A: Yes, you can ask the relatives or online driver to pick up your package at the store by informing below document to the related person: 
- Screenshot of the pick up barcode on email, or  
- Screenshot of order details that shows the status “Ready to Pick Up”
