Q. When will I get my order after successful order notification?
⚠️Click & Collect orders with below conditions are processed from the warehouse in Jakarta (not from store’s stock). So, it needs time for packing and delivery process to stores.⚠️
- Orders Rp 699.000 and above
- Order for extra size (XS, XXL, 3XL), or
- Order with Gift Wrapping Service / Gift Box, or
- If the product is not available at store / the stock is limited at store when the order is placed

Once your order is ready and picked up by courier, you will receive an email notification for the delivery to address/store or you can check the order history details for the status to be changed from "preparing" to "shipped".
