Q. Why I cannot access the UNIQLO website? Why still on maintenance mode?

We're sorry you are having issues accessing our site. If your site showing "UNDER MAINTENANCE", you can try to refresh or close the site and try again. If after several attempts, it still showing the error, please do below step:

On your computer, open Chrome/Safari

1. At the top right, click More .
2. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
5. Click Clear data.

On your mobile, Chrome/Safari

1. Close fully out of the browser.
2. Reopen Chrome/Safari
3. Tap Menu.
4. Tap Settings.
5. Tap Privacy.
6. Tap Clear Browsing Data.
7. Check Clear the cache and Clear cookies, site data.
8. Tap Clear.

If you still can't access, please open from "Incognito browser". Or you may like to try changing browsers or use a different device. If problems persist, please reach out our Customer Support Team via available channels at the bottom of the page.
