Q. Withdraw Membership Account

We are sorry to hear for your leaving and quit as a UNIQLO account member. 

Please be noted that once you withdraw your UNIQLO Account, all the data including your order and purchase history will be deleted and cannot be restored to a new account. If you have any on-going order, the order would not be cancelled and you can check the status of the on-going order via email that were connected with your UNIQLO account.

You may refer to the below steps on how to withdraw your UNIQLO account via UNIQLO App or website:

Via UNIQLO App: 
Open the UNIQLO app and click on the “Membership” icon:

Click【PROFILE】

Choose【WITHDRAWAL FROM APP MEMBERSHIP】

Tick the agreement box, click【WITHDRAWAL】and【YES】

Via UNIQLO Website: 
Click "Membership" icon icon at the bottom of the page:

You will be directed to【PROFILE SETTINGS】, click【WITHDRAWAL FROM MEMBERSHIP】

Tick the agreement box and click【WITHDRAWAL】
