2. Select the desired coupon and click "Apply" (you are not required to enter a code into the13-digit code field)
3. Only coupons that meet the purchase requirements can be applied. To view coupon purchase requirements, please access the coupon page and click "Details."

Types of Coupons
The method of obtaining, usage conditions, and applicable stores vary depending on the coupon. Please refer to the details below:
New App Download Coupon
Customers who download the UNIQLO app for the first time and register their online store membership information will receive a coupon.
- Discount: Rp25,000 off purchases of Rp250,000 or more.
- Applicable Stores: UNIQLO physical stores and UNIQLO online store.
- Validity Period: Until the end of the month following the month of issue.
Online Store Welcome Coupon
Customers who register for the online store for the first time will receive a Welcome Coupon.
- Discount: Rp25,000 off purchases of Rp250,000 or more.
- Applicable Stores: UNIQLO online store only
- Validity Period: 31 days from the date of issue (including the day of issue) Example: If registered on 1 November, valid until 1 December
Note: Customers re-registering with an email address previously used are not eligible for this offer.
Birthday Coupon
Newsletter Subscription Coupon
Customers who subscribe to the UNIQLO Newsletter may receive a special coupon that can be used on the UNIQLO Indonesia Online Store.
How It Works
- Create or sign in to your UNIQLO Online Account (EC).
- Subscribe to the UNIQLO Newsletter.
- The coupon will be distributed to the customer's account within 1 (one) day after a successful newsletter subscription.
- A coupon notification will be sent within 2 (two) days after a successful newsletter subscription.
- Coupon Value: IDR 25,000
- Minimum Purchase: IDR 250,000
- Applicable Channel: UNIQLO Indonesia Online Store
- Validity Period: 2 (two) months from the date of issuance
Terms & Conditions
- Any coupon used improperly or in violation of the applicable terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
- The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The coupon may only be redeemed by the UNIQLO membership account holder who received the coupon and is non-transferable.
- The coupon is valid only for purchases made through the UNIQLO Indonesia Online Store.
- The coupon must be applied at the shopping cart or checkout page.
- The coupon is valid for purchases with a minimum transaction value of IDR 250,000 in a single transaction.
- The coupon is valid for 2 (two) months from the date of issuance.
- UNIQLO reserves the right to amend these coupon terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
How to Use Coupons
Please be aware that you will only be able to redeem your coupon in-store if you have linked your UNIQLO.com account and your UNIQLO app accounts.Acquired coupons will appear in the “Coupons” section of your membership page.

For in-store purchases
Self-Checkout: Scan your membership card at the register and select the coupon you wish to use on the payment screen.
Staff-Assisted Checkout:
Scan your membership card and inform the staff of the coupon you wish to use.

For online orders
Apply the coupon in your cart before placing your order. Coupon will NOT be automatically applied. [How to order: click here]

Note:
- Only one coupon can be used per order. Multiple coupons cannot be combined.
- If you have multiple accounts, please log in using the same email address registered with the app.
How to Check Available Coupons and Conditions
You can check available coupons and their conditions from the “Coupons” section of your membership page.If you cannot access the coupon page, follow these steps:
App / Online Store
Customers who download the UNIQLO app for the first time and register their online store membership information will receive a coupon.
- Tap the [person icon] at the bottom right or top right.
- Tap “Coupons”.
- Tap the displayed coupon.
Important Notes
- Coupons have an expiry date. Please check the relevant coupon for details.
- Coupons are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to third parties, whether for free or for payment.
- Coupons cannot be used for gift card purchases, alteration fees, or gift kits (wrapping, boxes, etc.). Example: If you have a coupon for Rp25,000 off purchases of Rp250,000 or more, it applies only when the total product amount in one transaction is Rp250,000 or more (excluding gift card fees, alteration fees, and gift kit charges).
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Coupons transferred from others cannot be used.
- Coupons cannot be used for orders marked “Ship individually when ready.”
- If you cancel your order within 30 minutes, the coupon will be reissued. However, if the product is returned to the warehouse due to missed collection deadlines or other customer-related reasons, the coupon will not be reissued.
