  • The message "An error has occurred. Please try again or try again later." is displayed

    An error may have occurred due to a temporary network outage.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your network connection status and try the purchase process again.

  • Displays "Service currently unavailable" or "System error"

    <If you are using the app>
    Updating to the latest version may resolve the issue.

    *If you are using an Android device, please try clearing the app's cache.
    If the problem persists, please use the online store via your browser (Safari, Google Chrome, etc.).

    <For PC/smartphone users>

    Information about the error may be remaining in your browser, so please try deleting your cookies and clearing your cache .

    *If the problem persists, please try using a different browser.

  • Displays "502 Bad Gateway" or "504 Gateway Time-out"

    If your order is not displayed in your [Purchase History], please check the contents of your shopping cart and try purchasing again.

  • Unable to remove items from cart

    Please tap the [Delete] button located below the product information.

    *An expired coupon may be applied to your shopping cart. If an expired coupon is applied, please remove the coupon before removing the product.
    *Cached data may be preventing you from removing items from your cart. Please try clearing your cache

  • The order was automatically canceled

    Please check here, for more information.

  • I haven't received an order confirmation email / There is no order in my [Purchase History]

    Even if you do not receive an email , if your order is displayed in your [Purchase History], it will not affect shipping. If your order is not displayed in your

    [Purchase History], please check the contents of your shopping cart and proceed with the purchase again.
