Due to any maintenance system, you can’t access the refund form link that we attached along with your return process notification email. Currently we are working to solve the problem.
This will affecting the refund process for payment method: VA Bank Transfer, QRIS, COD and Pay in Store.
For customers who paid with payment method: Credit Card or Gopay, the refund can still be processed because you do not need to fill in the refund form for it to be processed.
