Delivery | Need Help with My Delivery

Status “Delivered” but I haven’t received my order
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered to your address but you have not received the package yet, please check:​​​​​
  1. The receiver whose name stated on the JNE site, for example as below. Especially if you were not at the location at the moment the order was delivered, you might want to check to your neighbor or security post office. User-added image
  2. If the address is an apartment, guest house (kost-kostan), office, and such, please kindly check to the receptionist or security.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please reach out JNE Customer Support below for further checking:

It has been more than 1 day since I ordered, but the order is still not shipped
If the order order still not yet shipped, there might be a stock-in-transit (stock that is not ready when it was ordered) product or alteration service within the order which caused additional 1 - 2 day delivery time.

 
I ordered Home Delivery within Jabodetabek using the "Next Day" service, but on the JNE website, it shows as "Reguler"
You may disregard that status. For deliveries to addresses within Jabodetabek, your order will still be processed and delivered using the 'Next Day' service..

 
The status of my tracking number is not found on JNE site
If the tracking number stated "Not Found" on courier's website, please be willing to wait within maximum 1x24 hours for the tracking number can be traced on JNE site.

You may check your parcel delivery status using the respective delivery courier's link below. They will further update the delivery estimation date once the parcel arrives at their sorting hub.
