Q. Online Orders | Return & Exchange Policy
(i) Exchange can only be processed at UNIQLO stores with the store's stock.
(ii) Product(s) purchased online can be returned ONLY to our warehouse. Return & refund to physical stores will NOT be accepted.
(iii) Paper Return Slip MUST be sent along with the product to our warehouse.
(iv) Return application via website/APP MUST be submitted before sending the products to our warehouse.
- Product can be exchanged/returned within 30 days since the date of purchase.
- Product condition is required to be in its original condition, not used, not washed and has its original price tag.
- Must include store purchase receipt / invoice of online order for exchange/return.
- Due to hygienic purposes, Socks, innerwear, camisole, baby products, room shoes and accessories can’t be exchanged/refunded (except Bra Tops and shoes that are not packaged may be exchanged/refunded).
- Product can be exchanged with the same or higher price (with paying the price difference) and with the product stock that is available at the store.
- This policy only valid for every purchase and exchange/return in Indonesia region.
- PT Fast Retailing Indonesia has the right to determine the final decision regarding product exchanges/returns.

What products that are considered as innerwear?
Mentioned innerwear that cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygienic purposes are: socks, bra line-up, underwear/ boxers/ briefs line-up, baby products, and packaged AIRism / HEATTECH Leggings and T-shirt.
What products that are considered as accessories?
Accessories such as bags, belts, room shoes, socks, gloves hats, glasses and scarfs cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Can I exchange by sending the product to online warehouse?
No, exchange can only be processed at the store with stock that is avaialable at the store.
Can I exchange at any UNIQLO stores?
Yes, you can exchange at any UNIQLO stores.
What should I bring for exchange at the store?
Please bring the product along with the price tag and please prepare the e-invoice that is issued on the APP or email.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping fees?
Yes, the shipping fee will not be borne by UNIQLO Indonesia.
Can I return my online purchase in store?
No, our physical store unable to proceed return and refund for online orders.
What happens to my coupon if I return my order?
Should your original purchases used a coupon discount, the refund amount will be deducted by the prorated amount of the coupon and the coupon will not be reissued. Please click (here) for more details.
How long is the return and refund process?
After the product arrives at the Warehouse, it will takes maximum 2 working days for verification.
After the verification process is completed, you will get a refund confirmation email. The general refund process is 7-14 working days.
- Refund for Credit Card and Gopay: The refund will be processed to your original payment. You do not need to fill in the refund form.
- Refund for Virtual Account, QRIS, COD, and Pay in Store Payments: Please fill in the refund form because we CANNOT proceed your refund if the refund form is not being submitted.
