Cashback Requirements


Promotion Period: 14 May 2026 – 14 June 2026
Purchase Channel: 
UNIQLO Stores or Online (Website / APP)
Mechanism: Every purchase with a minimum of Rp1,000,000 (excluding coupon usage and additional services) using eligible Mandiri Credit Cards below will receive a cashback of Rp100,000 (specifically Rp150,000 for JCB Precious Credit Card). Please refer to the details below:

Scheme 1:

On 16 May 2026, a customer makes a transaction using Mandiri JCB Precious Credit Card with an amount of Rp1,000,000.
On 17 May 2026, the same customer makes another transaction with minimum purchase Rp 1,000,000 using the same JCB Credit Card.
Customers will receive Rp 150,000 cashback (1x only) within a maximum of 60 working days.

Scheme 2:
On 16 May 2026, a customer makes a transaction using Mandiri Signature Credit Card with an amount of Rp1,000,000.
On 17 May 2026, the customer makes another transaction with minimum purchase Rp 1,000,000  using Mandiri World Credit Card.­
Customers will receive Rp 100,000 cashbacks (1x only) within a maximum of 60 working days.

Eligible Card Types and Payment Methods


1. The promo is only eligible for Mandiri Card that are listed below:
  • JCB Credit Card
  • Signature Credit Card
  • World Credit Card
  • World Elite Credit Card

2. For In-store purchase, the promo is only eligible for payment with Mandiri EDC in staff cashier.
3. For online, customers must choose the [Credit Card] method as below. With this method, customers must enter the card details, and customers will receive the OTP from Mandiri to complete the payment. User-added image

 

Terms and Conditions

 
  • Cashback is valid for only 1 (one) time per 1 (one) customer during the program period
  • If a customer holds multiple Mandiri credit cards, they are still ONLY eligible for 1 (one) cashback
  • Cashback is not valid for multiple or accumulated transactions
  • Minimum transaction amount is IDR 1,000,000 per transaction (excluding coupon usage and additional services).
  • For in-store purchases, payment must be processed via Mandiri EDC machine
  • For online purchases, only Credit Card payment method is eligible (other methods are not applicable)
  • Cashback will be credited to the customer’s credit card billing statement within maximum 40 working days after program ends
  • Promo is valid for In-Store and Online transactions.
 

Frequently Asked Questions


1. Q: I have a Mandiri JCB Credit Card and a Mandiri World Credit Card, can I get cashback for each card?

A: No, because cashback is only eligible for 1 (one) time per customer during the program period, even if you have multiple Mandiri Credit Cards.

2. Q: Can I get the Mandiri cashback right after the transaction?
A: No, the cashback will be credited to your credit card billing statement within a maximum of 60 working days after the program ends.


3. Q: Will I get the cashback if I purchase it at the store using a Mandiri Debit Card?
A: No, only Mandiri Credit Cards are eligible for this promotion.


4. Q: Can I use the Bank Transfer or Virtual Account (VA) method to get the cashback?
A: No. Cashback is only applicable for transactions made using Mandiri Credit Card with the “Credit Card” payment method.


5. Q: Can I use payment with QRIS or Pay in Store to get the cashback?
A: No, you will not get the cashback if using QRIS or Pay in Store.

  • For online orders, you must choose the “Credit Card” method
  • For in-store purchases, payment must be made using Mandiri Credit Card via Mandiri EDC machine

6. Q: I ordered online using the Pay in Store method, will I get cashback?
A: No, cashback is not applicable for Pay in Store transactions. Please complete payment using the “Credit Card” method to be eligible.


7. Q: I have paid using a Mandiri Credit Card with a purchase of IDR 1,000,000 Mio (after discount), will there be a notification about this cashback?
A: There is no immediate notification after payment. The cashback will be credited to your billing statement, in accordance with the timeline.


8. Q: Is there a specific code that must be entered to get Mandiri cashback when ordering online?
A: There is no special code or coupon required. As long as your transaction meets the terms and conditions, the cashback will be applied automatically.


9. Q: Will I still get the cashback if I return the product?
A: No. Cashback will be voided if the transaction is refunded.


10. Q: I still haven't received the cashback even though the program has ended. What should I do?
A: If you have not received the cashback after 60 working days from program end, you can contact Mandiri Call Center 14000 for further assistance.
