Estimated Delivery Time

- The shipping fee is vary depends on the distance and areas. You can find the exact shipping cost on the checkout page, after selected the delivery method and address.
- However, for every order with minimum amount Rp699,000 will receive a free shipping cost.
Payment Method for Home Delivery
For the Home Delivery method, you can make payments via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer (VA), QRIS, Gopay, COD (Cash on Delivery) or Pay in Store.

For the Click & Collect method, you can make payments via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer (VA), QRIS, Gopay, or Pay in Store.
Please note that the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment method is not available.
How to Choose Click & Collect

Stores require at least 2 (two) hours to prepare your order. Please be aware that it may take longer than 2 (two) hours for the order to be ready, especially during peak hours. Please wait until your order status changes to "Ready for Pickup"Shipping Fee

For the Order & Pick method, payment can only be made via Credit/Debit Card (by entering the card number and OTP).
How to Choose Order & Pick
Unlike Click & Collect or Home Delivery, the Order & Pick method can only be selected on the product page as follows:*If the "Order & Pick" option is not available, it means the product is not in available at the store.
- The packing process will take averagely 1 (one) day since the order is confirmed, both for Home Delivery and Click & Collect. Click here for more information about packing process, order status and how to track your order.
- Please note that the day you placed the order is counted as 0 days. For example:
- Day 0 is when you placed the order, for example on 18 December.
- Day 1 is counted on the next day, which is 19 December.
- Day 2 is the day after which is 20 December, and so on. - The estimated time above is not included the time for alteration and stock-in-transit order.
- For order with alteration service or product with status stock-in-transit, it will takes additional 1-2 days from the estimated delivery time above.

Q. Is there same day delivery service?
A. No, unfortunately there is no same day delivery service, either for Jabodetabek or outside Jabodetabek areas.

Q. Can I pick up my Click & Collect within the same day I ordered?
A. No. There are no same day service for Click & Collect order. If you would like to order with the stock that is available at the store and come to the store to pick up the order, you may use Order & Pick. Click here for detailed information about Order & Pick method.

Q. If I choose Click & Collect, will my order shipped from the chosen store to my address?
A. No. If you choose Click & Collect method, then the order will be shipped from our warehouse to the store that you have chosen and the order needs to be picked up from the store.

Q. Can I change the delivery method (from Click & Collect to Home Delivery, vice versa)?
A. No, it cannot be processed. The placed order (already received order number) cannot be modified as informed on the site/APP as below:
