On 7 – 8 October 2025 00:00 WIB our UNIQLO website and APP will be unavailable. During this time, purchases cannot be completed on our website or APP

  • The website is expected to be accessible on Wednesday, 8 October 2025.  
  • The APP is expected to be accessible on Thursday, 9 October 2025. 

Please note that during the closing time you will still be able to do exchange or return

Important Notices

You can find out more about the improvements we've made to our site and tips on navigating our new site soon. In the meantime, please see below changes that will happen once the site becomes available on 8 October 2025: 

Password Reset

When accessing your account, after our new website launches, you will be required to reset your password as we make improvements to our system. You may keep the existing password or choose a new, stronger password.

1. Click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD on the Log in page.

2. After clicking the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD button, the reset password screen will appear. Please ENTER e-mail associated with your UNIQLO Indonesia account. (if you do not have access to the email, you may have to create a new account)

3. Enter your password and press Change my password. Please note you can use your old password or create a new one, totally up to you. Password must be 8 – 20 letters, and contain both letters and numbers, please be sure to use the following symbols   !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[]^_`{}|~ as well. 

4. You will then get redirected to a page to confirm you've successfully changed you password.

5. Click on UNIQLO HOME or go to the LOG IN page and try logging in again with your email and updated password. You should successfully be able to log in to your account.

Coupons

Your coupon will still be saved and can be used once the site is updated. You can check the coupon on the membership page on the [Coupons] page.

Wishlist

After the update, any products saved in your Wishlist saved before 8 October 2025, will be removed automatically.

We suggest to bookmark any items in your browser as you will need to add them back into your Wishlist again after our new website launches.

You may create a new Wishlist after the site re-opens on 8 October 2025. After the site relaunch, you will also be able to add products by size to your Wishlist in addition to choosing products and colors

Order & Purchase History

“Order History” for online order list has changed [Purchase history] on [Online] section.

Return Process for Purchases FROM 8 October 2025

Below are the steps for return for orders placed from 8 October 2025 onwards:

STEP 1. Check the Return Policy and log in to your UNIQLO account 


STEP 2. Go to "Purchase History" and submit the return request
Below are the steps to submit the return form:

  1. Go to 【Purchase History】 on 【Online】 section. 
  2. Click 【Return】on the ORDER number which contains the product that you want to return.
  3. Check the return condition. 
  4. Click 【Return】 on the PRODUCT that you want to return. 
  5. Choose the quantity and reason for return, then click 【Check selection details
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each item you want to return. 
  7. Click 【Check Form Details】 and then click 【Submit Form】 
  8. If you have lost the return slip, you can get the copy by clicking 【Print Label】 to download and print it. 
  9. If you already have the return slip, you can click 【Confirm Return
  10. Once the request has successfully submitted, you will get the Return Confirmation Email.

STEP 3. Send the product along with the return slip to our warehouse 

STEP 4. Wait for Refund Confirmation Email 
Confirmation email will be sent maximum 2 (two) working days after warehouse receive and verify the returned product. 

For example:  
Thursday, August 16th (Day-0) – product arrives at the warehouse.  
Tuesday, August 21st (Working Day-2) – maximum date the return confirmation email will be sent because there is a public holiday on the 17th followed by weekend on the 18th and 19th, so maximum.

STEP 5. Refund 
The general refund process is within 7 - 14 working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday, public holidays), depends on the payment method and each bank's policy. Click here for the refund details.

Most Asked Questions

1. Q: Why don't I see "Return" button? 
A: If there is no "Return" button that means that we cannot accept return requests from your purchase history because of the following reasons:

  • The return time limit has expired (more than 30 days since the shipment date).
  • The product has been altered.

2. Q: I lost the physical return slip, how to get it?
A:  Aside from the physical one, you can get the return slip:

  • During the return request process on your UNIQLO account as mentioned above, or  
  • On return details with below steps, or                  
  • On the return confirmation email that you will get once the return request has been submitted.

 

Return Process for Purchases BEFORE 7 October 2025

For orders placed BEFORE 7 October 2025, please follow below procedures to return the online purchased product:

STEP 1. Read the return policy and check list 
Please check the return policy here and the check list on the return form. 
 
STEP 2. Fill in the Return Form returned product(s). 
Fill in the item return quantity (qty) and reason code. 
 
STEP 3. Pack & Return 
Pack items to return into a box/pouch and include the return form inside the parcel. 
Choose any courier company (with tracking system) and return to our warehouse at your own cost. 

STEP 4. Wait for Confirmation Email 
Confirmation email will be sent maximum 2 (two) working days after warehouse receive and verify the returned product. 
 
STEP 5. Refund 
The general refund process is within 7 - 14 working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday, public holidays), depends on the payment method and each bank's policy. 


 

Questions about Click & Collect during closing period:

1. Can I still order online during the Click & Collect closing period? 
A: You cannot order with Click & Collect method. To proceed with online order, please choose home delivery. You could refer below for Home Delivery estimated time:

2. Can I still pick up Click & Collect during closing period? 
A: Yes, you can pick up your previous order at the store that you have chosen. 

3. Will the Click & Collect be available again? 
A: Yes, it will be available again on 10 October 2025. 

4. Q: I want to use my Birthday Coupon for the online order with Click & Collect because it will expire soon. 
A: We are very sorry that Click & Collect cannot be used for the period 29 September –9 October 2025. You can use the coupon for an online order with home delivery method.  

5. Q: I want to order online with free shipping. 
A: You can get free shipping fee with Home Delivery method with minimum purchase Rp699,000. 

General questions about the upcoming updates:

1. Q: I worry about my online order that I placed before 7 October 2025. 
A: We hope you do not need to worry because your online order will still be processed. 
What you can do: 

  • Check your email to know the status of the online order. When your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email. Click here to see the details of home delivery information. 
  • To see the details of the delivery status, you can click the tracking number that is stated on the email of the delivery confirmation. It will direct you to the JNE website, then you will see the details of the tracking. 

2. Q: I entered my email address that has been registered previously but I still cannot log in nor verify the password.  
A: Please create a new account with the email address. You can click here to see account registration steps. This might be due to the email domain is not detected on the new update, but you do not need to worry because you can register again with the same email. However, the purchase and order history cannot be restored to the new account. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

3. Q: Will my points be removed after the update? 
A: UNIQLO has no point system. However, for the purchase and order history listed on previous version, it will still be stored and checked on your account.  

4. Q: How can I find my order history? 
A: “Order History” for online order list has changed to [Purchase history] -> [Online]. Click here for further information.

5. Q: I forgot my password. How can I retrieve my password? 
A: You can reset the password by clicking “Forgot password” on the Login page. Click here for further details.

6: Q: I still have coupon in my APP and it almost expired. Can I use the coupon in the store directly? 
A: During the closure coupons cannot be used. You can use the coupon once the website or APP is opened. For your information, the usage of coupons will be different. Click here for further details. 

7. Q: Can I do return / exchange during Site/APP closing time? 
A: Yes, you can do the return or exchange as usual during the closing time.

8. Can I still pick up the Click & Collect at store? 
A: Yes, you can.
