Can I change my shipping / order details after placing an order?

Unfortunately, the order that has been confirmed CANNOT be changed or cancelled either for the order that has not shipped or already shipped. The system will automatically lock your the product, payment, and address that have been confirmed or after you click "Place Order" on check out page. Therefore, we kindly request you to double check your order, before processing to payment.
CHANGING DELIVERY
ONLY for home delivery (ship to address) and if the changing is WITHIN 1 (one) district/city, then our Customer Support could help to change it manually.
However, if you want to change for a DIFFERENT city / province / store pick up / method (Home Delivery to Click & Collect or Order & Pick, vice versa), then the changing CANNOT be done.
For Click & Collect or Order & Pick, you can pick up the order within 14 days since its ready for pick up at the store.
If you could not come directly to the store, you can ask a relative or online driver to pick your order at the store. You could share the screenshot of the email pick up barcode to the related person. Click here for the detail information about Click & Collect / Order & Pick.
IF HAVE NOT MADE PAYMENT
If you have not yet paid the order (other than COD, Credit Card), you can ignore the payment and create a new order.
If you ignore the payment, then the order will automatically be cancelled by system and if you used coupon, it can be used again after the order gets cancelled by the system.
- For VA Bank Transfer, the order will be canceled within 3x24 hours since the order was confirmed.
- For QRIS and Gopay method, the order will be canceled within 30 minutes of order confirmation
- For the Pay in Store method, the order will be canceled within 2 hours of order confirmation
IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT
If the product that you received does not fit, as long as the product fulfilled the exchange policy, you can exchange the product at any UNIQLO Indonesia stores OR return the product to the online warehouse for refund.
