Participants who attend the event can get a chance to win a special prize by following below steps:

1. Wear and style the UNIQLO T-shirt you received on the day of the event 
2. Capture your best moments with UNIQLO T-Shirts and upload it with mentioning @uniqloindonesia and @plainsonglive_  
3. The best photo depicting 'Wrapped each other in love' will get a special prize.

1. Q: Why can't I access the registration form?  
A: Thank you for your enthusiasm, however currently the quota has reached its limit. Therefore the registration form cannot be filled in anymore.

2. Q: Is there a fee paid to UNIQLO or Plainsong for registration and UNIQLO T-shirts for this event?  
A: The event is free of charge, including no fee for registration and UNIQLO T-Shirts.  

3. Q: I entered the wrong choice of size/type of the UNIQLO T-shirt in the registration form. Can it be changed or exchanged?  
A: No, participants will receive the UNIQLO T-shirt according to the size/type that was submitted on the registration form. 

4. Q: There is data that I entered incorrectly in the registration form. Can it be changed? 
A: No. Please submit another registration form with the correct data.  

5. Q: Can I get the UNIQLO T-shirt for free without having to attend the event?  
A: No. UNIQLO T-shirts are given out at the venue of the event and participants must participate in the UNIQLO Holiday Jukebox event.

6. Q: After receiving a UNIQLO T-Shirt on the day of the event, do I have to immediately change out of the clothes I wore that day and into the UNIQLO T-Shirt at the venue?  
A: Yes, you must change out of the clothes you wore into the UNIQLO T-Shirt you received on the day of the event in the changing area we have provided at the venue. 

7. Q: Where can I change into the T-shirt? 
A: Changing rooms are available on-site. You’ll see clear signage directing you to the changing area. 

6. Q: What if I don’t want to wear the T-shirt? 
A: Wearing the T-shirt is part of the event dress code. Those who do not follow the dress code may not be allowed inside the venue. 

8. Q: Where do I check in? / How do I redeem my ticket? 
A: Check-in will be at the registration desk in the lobby of Teater Salihara. Please prepare your Registration Code for verification. 

9. Q: What time should I arrive? / What time does the show start? 
Gates open at 18.00 and the show starts at 19.30. We recommend arriving early for check-in, outfit change, and pre-show activities. 

10. Q: What happens if I arrive late? 
A: Late arrivals may still enter, but you may miss pre-show activities. Please note that you will still be required to change into the UNIQLO T-shirt, which may cut into your show time, especially if the concert has already started. Entry into the concert area may also be delayed until an appropriate break.

11. Q: Is the event seated or standing? 
A: The RAN performance will be standing, but there will be a waiting area with seating available before the show starts. 

12. Q: Can I choose my spot during the performance? 
A: Yes. The concert area is standing and free-position, first come first served.

13. Q: Will there be food and drinks? 
A: Yes. There will be complimentary holiday snacks and several food stalls on-site. Please note that food and beverages are not allowed inside the concert area. 

15. Q: Is photography allowed? 
A: Phone photography is allowed unless otherwise stated. No professional cameras without approval. 

16. Q: Can I bring my own tumbler or drinks? 
A: Personal beverages are allowed in the waiting area but not inside the concert area. 

17. Q: Will there be a bag check? 
A: Yes. For safety reasons, bags may be checked at the entrance. 

18. Q: Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities? 
A: Yes. Teater Salihara provides accessible entry and facilities for guests with disabilities. If you require assistance (such as priority entry, help navigating the venue, or access support), please inform our staff at the registration area so we can assist you immediately. 

19. Q: How long will the entire event take? 
A: The event runs from 18.00 to 21.00, including pre-show activities and the RAN performance. 

20. Q: Is there parking available? 
A: Yes, Teater Salihara provides limited parking. We suggest arriving early or using online transportation for convenience. 

21. Q: Can I transfer my ticket/Registration Code to someone else? 
A: No. Registration Codes are non-transferable and must match the name on the guest list. 

22. Q: What if I can’t attend anymore? 
A: Please notify UNIQLO as early as possible so your spot can be given to someone on the waiting list.
