1. These Guest Checkout Terms of Use apply to the provision and use of this Guest Service between our company and users of this Guest Service ("Guest Users"). 
2. We may amend these Guest Checkout Terms of Use if necessary due to changes in laws and regulations, changes in social conditions, or other circumstances. Any revised Guest Checkout Terms of Use will take effect upon being posted on this Website. A Guest User’s continued use of the Guest Service after the revised Guest Checkout Terms of Use are posted constitutes the Guest User’s acceptance of the revised Guest Checkout Terms of Use.

1. Guest Users agree to these Guest Checkout Terms of Use and will use the Guest Service in accordance with these Guest Checkout Terms of Use and any other usage guidelines separately established by the Company.
2. By placing an order You are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which We will not be responsible. In order to be a Guest Users, You must be over 21 years of age (or are married and are not under guardianship or custody) and/or possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to Us. The Company retains the right to refuse any request made by You. You represent and warrant that You are at least 21 (twenty one) years old or are married and are not under guardianship or custody and that You are legally capable and have the right to bind yourself to this Guest Checkout Terms of Use. If You do not meet those conditions but still access or use the Website, You represent and warrant that Your to use the Guest Service, accessing or conducting other activities within the Website have been approved by Your parents, guardians or custodian. You expressly waive any rights under the applicable laws to cancel or revoke any and all consents You provided according to this Guest Checkout Terms of Use when You are deemed legally mature. 

1. Guest Users can use this Guest Service to apply to purchase our products. Please note that the purchase conditions for products purchased through this Guest Service may differ from the purchase conditions when purchasing products while logged in as a member on this Website. Product descriptions, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. The Company may correct any errors in product descriptions, availability, or prices and may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including an order that the Company suspects involve fraud, resale, or a breach of these Guest Checkout Terms of Use. 
2. A sales contract for the product in question shall be concluded between the Guest User and our company at the time our company sends a notice to the Guest User confirming acceptance of the application described in the preceding paragraph. 
3. The prices on the Website include VAT and exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs will be charged; such additional charges are clearly displayed, where applicable, and included in the 'Total Cost'. 
4. The Guest Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that You may place based on information on the Guest Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

6. In describing the products available to purchase online, the Company attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, the Company does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Guest Service are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Company is not as described, Your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
7. The Company does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at the Company’s fulfillment center. At the Company’s discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. 8. Certain promotions, discounts, coupon, pricing benefits, offers or rewards may only be available to registered members and may not be available for Guest Service purchases. Eligibility for any promotion or offer shall be determined by the Company at its sole discretion and in accordance with the applicable promotional terms and conditions. 

1. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the text, images, and designs used on this Website belong to our company or other legitimate rights holders, and Guest Users shall not infringe upon these rights. 
2. If a problem arises with a rights holder or a third party due to a violation of the provisions of this article, the guest user shall resolve the problem at their own responsibility and expense, except when the problem is attributable to our fault, and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the Company

1. If any of the following events occur, we may terminate the sales contract.
   1. (1) If the Guest User has committed or is likely to commit any of the prohibited acts set forth in Article 4, or has violated or is likely to violate these Guest Checkout Terms of Use;
   2. (2) If the credit card company designated by the Guest User notifies us of a default on the credit authorization;
   3. (3) If circumstances arise that indicate the Guest User's ability to pay is in jeopardy;
   4. (4) If the purchased goods cannot be easily delivered;
   5. (5) If the goods cannot be delivered due to an unknown address or prolonged absence;
   6. (6) If store pickup is specified and the goods cannot be received for a certain period of time;
   7. (7) If a minor has made a purchase without the consent of their legal guardian.
2. If it becomes necessary to ensure the security of Guest Users, our company, or third parties, or if any other reason arises that we deem inappropriate for us to continue providing the Guest Service, we may suspend or discontinue the provision of all or part of the Guest Service to Guest Users, or take other appropriate measures.

1. If we have an obligation to notify a Guest User, we will fulfill that obligation by sending a notification to the email address the guest user entered when purchasing the product, and by delivering the product to the shipping address specified by the guest user at the time of purchase.

The Company disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Guest Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except to the extent caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the Guest Service or any product, regardless of the legal basis of the claim. Except to the extent caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Guest Service or any product shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Guest User for the product giving rise to the claim.

If a Guest User causes damage to a third party through their use of this Guest Service, the Guest User shall resolve the matter at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any inconvenience to our company, except in cases where our company is found to have acted with intent or gross negligence. 
4. Guest Users are responsible for all costs associated with setting up computer and communication equipment necessary for using this service, as well as telephone charges, LAN usage fees, and application fees incurred in using this service. 
5. By accessing Our Website, You assume all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to the risk that Your computer, software or data may be damaged by any virus transmitted by this Website or by any Third Party Content or Third Party Website. To the extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and claims (whether express or implied) arising out of or in any way connected with this Website are hereby excluded.
