To check your the tracking status of your home delivery order, you can simply click the delivery tracking number on the order history at your UNIQLO APP or copy-paste the tracking number on the courier's website here within 1x24 hours after the your receive the tracking number. 

The tracking number can be tracked within 1x24 hours since it was issued. If the tracking number stated "Not Found" on courier's website, it means that the order is still processed at our Warehouse. Please be willing to wait within 1x24 hours for the tracking number can be traced.

The shipping party (JNE) will provide further updates regarding the estimated delivery date once the parcel arrives at the sorting hub. For your information, here are the JNE Customer Support contact details:
