HOW TO EXCHANGE
• Bring along: Physical receipt / e-receipt and the product(s) in original condition with its price tags.
• Search for the product that you would like to exchange
• Queue at the cashier counter and request for a product exchange.
【Important Note】
• Exchange can only be processed with the stock that is available at the store (can exchange size, color or to other product).
• Exchange can be processed for the same or different product with the same or higher price value.
• For exchange for a higher-value product, you will need to pay for the price difference.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the exchange validity period?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days since the purchase date.
Example: If the product is purchased on May 1, exchange can be processed until May 30.
Can I exchange online-exclusive products (extra sizes, collaborations, etc.) at the store?
The exchange is subject to the availability of colors and sizes at the physical store.
If the desired color or size is not available, stock transfer between online and physical stores CANNOT be arranged. Therefore, the exchange CANNOT be processed if the stock is not available at the store.
Which items are not allowed for exchange?
Innerwear, accessories and baby items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene policy.
I bought 3 (three) products, can I only exchange one of the products?
Yes, you can exchange partially (not all products).
The price nominal on the price tag was cut off due to it was given as a gift, can it still be processed for exchange?
If it is only the price nominal that is cut off, the condition of the price tag is still good and other policy is fulfilled, then the product can still be processed for exchange.
