Confirm/Change Member Information
Please see below for instructions on how to use it.

*Environment-dependent characters and machine-dependent characters (circled numbers, Roman numerals, emojis), symbols, and spaces cannot be used. 
  • In the case of the Uniqlo app

    1. Tap the [person icon (membership card)] in the lower right corner of the home screen.

    • Login is required.
    2. Tap [View/Change Customer Information]
    3. Tap [Change Member Information]
    4. After changing your membership information, check for any errors and tap [Change].

     

  • For online stores

    1. Tap the [person icon] in the upper right corner of the homepage.

    • *Login is required.
    2. Tap [Customer Information Details] under [View/Change Customer Information].
    3. Tap [Change Member Information] in Member Information Details. 
    4. After changing your membership information, check for any errors and tap [Change].
 
Change your Email Address
Please see below for instructions on how to use it.
  • In the case of the Uniqlo app

    1. Tap the [person icon (membership card)] in the lower right corner of the home screen.

    • *Login is required.
    2. Tap [View/Change Customer Information]
    3. Tap [Change email address]
    4. Enter your new email address twice and tap [Confirm].
    5. Check for any errors and tap [Send verification code].
    6. Enter the "verification code" sent to the email address you entered, along with your password, and tap [Next].
    7. Tap [Change]
  • For online stores

    1. Tap the [person icon] in the upper right corner of the homepage.

    • *Login is required.
    2. Tap [Customer Information Details] under [View/Change Customer Information].
    3. Tap [Change Email Address] under "Member Email Address"
    4. Enter your new email address twice and tap [Confirm].
    5. Check for any errors and tap [Send verification code].
    6. Enter the "verification code" sent to the email address you entered, along with your password, and tap [Next].
    7. Tap [Change]
 
*The verification code is valid for 30 minutes.
*If you do not receive the verification code email, click here.   
Two-Factor Authentication
To prevent unauthorized access by third parties, you can register a mobile phone number to which authentication codes will be sent via two-factor authentication . Authentication codes will be sent via SMS as needed when resetting your password or logging in. If you have not registered a mobile phone number for verification, we will send it to your registered email address.

  • In the case of the Uniqlo app

    1. Tap the [person icon (membership card)] in the lower right corner of the home screen.

    • *Login is required.
    2. Tap [View/Change Customer Information]
    3. Tap [Two-Step Verification], then tap [Register Phone Number].
    4. Enter a phone number that can receive SMS messages and tap [Next].
    5. Once you receive the verification code via SMS, enter the 6-digit code in the verification code input field and tap [Register].
    If the verification is successful, "Verification complete" will be displayed.
  • For online stores

    1. Tap the [person icon] in the upper right corner of the homepage.

    • *Login is required.
    2. Tap [Two-Step Verification] under [Confirm/Change Customer Information], then tap [Register Phone Number].
    3. Enter a phone number that can receive SMS messages and tap [Next].
    4. Once you receive the verification code via SMS, enter the 6-digit code in the verification code input field and tap [Register].
    If the verification is successful, "Verification complete" will be displayed.

     

Q&A
  • Q. Is it okay to use the same mobile phone number for two-factor authentication as the phone number used for member registration?

    A. Any mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages is acceptable, whether it's registered or not. 

  • Q. I have multiple accounts. Can I use the same phone number to set up two-factor authentication for each account?

    A. No, you cannot.
    If you try to set it up with a phone number that has two-factor authentication enabled, you will receive a message saying, "This phone number is already registered with another account, please specify a different phone number."

  • Q. I haven't received the verification code / My code isn't being approved even after I send it.

    A. The appropriate course of action will vary depending on the possible cause. Please see below for details.

  • Q. Can I change or delete my authentication phone number? 

    A. Yes, you can. Please
    log in and proceed through the [ Two-Step Verification ] section.

    1. Tap the [person icon (membership card)] in the lower right corner of the home screen.

    • *Login is required.
    2. Tap [View/Change Customer Information]
    3. Tap [Change Password]
    4. Enter your current password and your new password, then tap [Change].
  • For online stores

    1. Tap the [person icon] in the upper right corner of the homepage.

    • *Login is required.
    2. Tap [Change Password] under [Confirm/Change Customer Information]. 
    3. Enter your current password and your new password, then tap [Change]
 
Order Settings (Delivery Method/Payment Method)

  • In the case of the Uniqlo app

    1. Tap the [person icon (membership card)] in the lower right corner of the home screen.

    • *Login is required.
    2. Tap [View/Change Customer Information]
    3. Tap [Order Settings]
    4. Select your preferred method on the [Delivery Method] tab or the [Payment Method] tab, and then tap [Save].
  • For online stores

    1. Tap the [person icon] in the upper right corner of the homepage.

    • *Login is required.
    2. Tap [Order Settings] under [Confirm/Change Customer Information]. 
    3. Select your preferred method on the [Delivery Method] tab or the [Payment Method] tab, and then tap [Save].
 
Credit Card (Register/Change/Delete)
Please see below for instructions on how to use it.
  • In the case of the Uniqlo app

    1. Tap the [person icon] in the upper right corner of the homepage
    *Login is required.
    2. Tap [Credit Card] under [Confirm/Change Customer Information].
    *If you are already registered, your credit card information will be displayed
    3. To register,
    tap [Register a new card], enter your card information, and then tap [Register].
    To delete
    a card, tap the [×] to the right of the card, then tap [Delete].
    If you wish to change your card information
    please register your new card and delete the old card information from your registration.

  • For online stores

    1. Tap the [person icon] in the upper right corner of the homepage
    *Login is required.
    2. Tap [Credit Card] under [Confirm/Change Customer Information].
    *If you are already registered, your credit card information will be displayed
    3. To register,
    Tap [Register a new card], enter your card information, and then tap [Register].
    To delete
    a card, tap the [×] to the right of the card, then tap [Delete].
    If you wish to change your card information
    please register your new card and delete the old card information from your registration. 

 
*Depending on your credit card, you may not be able to register a new card using the method described above.
In that case, you can specify whether or not you want to register your credit card information when placing your order. When you enter your card information on the order screen, checking "[Save/Update this card information]" will register it in your member information.
*You can register up to 5 credit cards. 

Notification Settings (Personalization Settings)
Our company provides various advertisements through advertising partners such as Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. If you consent to the provision of your personal information, Uniqlo/GU advertisements based on your interests will be displayed on external websites and other platforms.

    2. Tap [Notification Settings] under [Confirm/Change Customer Information]. 
    3. Check the box next to "I agree to provide my information to our advertising partners" in [Personalization Settings] and tap [Save]. To uncheck it, tap [Save].
 
Please Check
  • After completing the procedure, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
  • Online store orders are processed using the membership information registered at the time of order completion. Changes to your membership information after placing an order will not be reflected in the order details.
  • You can check the delivery status, estimated delivery date, and other information needed for receiving your order in your [ Purchase History ].
  • Your date of birth cannot be changed.
  • If your previously set password is not between 8 and 20 alphanumeric characters, you will not be able to change your membership information. Please set a new password and then change your membership information.
