Q. Next Day Service for Home Delivery to JABODETABEK Area

Due to the maintenance until 19 October 2025, home delivery to JABODETABEK address with NEXT DAY service is not available and apply to regular delivery (1 - 2 days).

We apologize for the inconvenience you feel and thank you for understanding.

Next day delivery is a delivery service for home delivery (not to store) to JABODETABEK area where the package will be arrived at your address the next day after you paid the order.*
*If there is an alteration service in the order, there will be an additional 1 delivery day.

When checking out, there will be no "Next Day" option, but as long as you choose shipping to address (home delivery) to a JABODETABEK area, the next day delivery service will automatically be applied.

You can ignore the estimated delivery time stated on the checkout page, order history and email because the estimation date stated is for general area in Indonesia. While for next day delivery, once you have ordered and paid today, then you will receive the package by the next day (tomorrow) within 10.00 - 22.00 WIB.

You may check your parcel delivery status usng the respective delivery courier's link below. They will further update the delivery estimation date once the parcel arrives at their sorting hub.
