I have made a payment with QRIS and the balance has been deducted, but the order status is canceled.
We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have made a payment with QRIS, but you received an email that your order was canceled. Please check the following information:
STEP 1 - Check if you previously placed more than 1 (one) order or more. Then check if you have paid only for 1 (one) of the orders.
STEP 2 - Check the canceled order number via email and compare it with the confirmed order number in the order history on your UNIQLO app.
STEP 3 - If your order data is correct, you can contact our Customer Support here by attaching the following data:
- Open the M-banking App you use for order payment with QRIS
- Click QRIS Inbox or activity on your M-banking
- Select the UNIQLO order payment transaction
- Screenshot proof of transaction showing “RRN code”

Can I change my payment method?
You cannot change the payment method after the order confirmed.You can create a new order and choose your preferred payment method. Please refer to our Payment Method on the link here
