Q. Free UNIQLO Tote Bag
Promotion period: 29 May - 1 June 2025
Purchase store: UNIQLO Stores and Online (both home delivery or Click & Collect)
Mechanism: Every purchase with minimum spending IDR 699,000 (after alteration fee, gift-wrapping fee, and coupon deduction) will get 1 (one) free UNIQLO Tote Bag, no multiples applied and while supplies last.

📢Please note:
- For online, the promotion period starts from 29 May 2025 at 00:00 WIB while for store, it starts when the store opens (10.00 AM local time). While the stock lasts.
- You can add an alteration service / gift wrap / coupon as long as the total amount after deducting the coupon and those additional service fee is Rp 699.000 as illustrated here.
- 1 (one) order number/receipt = 1 (one) tote bag; 2 (due) order numbers/receipts = 2 (two) tote bags; 3 (three) order numbers/receipts = 3 (three) tote bags, etc.
- For store, there is limited quantity available for each day (daily quotation).
- Tote bag is given while the stock lasts.
- For in-store purchase, the tote bag can only be redeemed directly at the store cashier right after the transaction is completed (same store and date of purchase). The novelty tote bag cannot be redeemed (not eligible) at a different store or date.
- For online, there is no mention of “Free UNIQLO Tote Bag” on the checkout page, order history or email. As long as the order meets the requirements and stock lasts, you will get the Tote Bag. On the order of the physical invoice (paper sheet) that you will receive, there will be a statement “UNIQLO Tote Bag” if you indeed get it. If there is no such information, it means that you do not get it because the stock is no longer available.

1. Q: My online order meets the requirements but on the checkout page there is no information that I’ll get the UNIQLO Tote Bag.
A: There is indeed no information on the checkout page and email regarding the novelty UNIQLO Tote Bag. If your order meets the requirements, the warehouse will automatically deliver the UNIQLO Tote Bag along with the products your address/store selected.
2. Q: Where can I get the information that the UNIQLO Tote Bag is not available anymore?
A: For online order: You can check the UNIQLO website/app page or the main FAQ page or this FAQ page for information. As long as there is no "Fully Redeemed" or "Out of Stock" information on the website/app page or this FAQ page, the stock is still available.
-For in-store purchase: You can confirm the availability of UNIQLO Tote Bag by asking the store directly. Please click the link here to find out information about the store (phone number, address, store operating hours).
3. Q. Is 1 (one) UNIQLO Tote Bag promotion valid in all UNIQLO mall stores?
A. Yes, the UNIQLO Tote Bag promotion is valid at all UNIQLO stores in Indonesia and also applicable for online purchase (home delivery and Click & Collect), while the stock lasts.
4. Q: Why do I not get a free UNIQLO Tote Bag although I’ve spent Rp 699,000?
A: UNIQLO Tote Bag is given to customers who meet the requirements and while stocks last. So it is possible that you did not get the UNIQLO Tote Bag because the stock/quota is no longer available.
5. Q: I choose Click and Collect, can I get my order with UNIQLO Tote Bag by the same day I ordered?
A: For period 29 May - 1 June 2025, all Click and Collect order will be processed at our online warehouse. Please wait for email notification with the subject <UNIQLO Indonesia> Your Click & Collect Order has arrived that you will receive after the product has arrived at the store. 6. Q: Will I get the UNIQLO Tote Bag if I pick up my Click and Collect order on 29 May 2025?
A: Order before or after the promotion period you will not get the Tote Bag, although you pick the product during the promotion period.
7. Q: I want to return my order because I chose the wrong size when shopping online. Should I return the UNIQLO Tote Bag too?
