This guide explains how to secure the strap of the Soft Puffy Shoulder Bag (Product ID: 483802) to prevent loosening.

If the strap becomes loose or detaches, we recommend the technique below and follow the steps to adjust the strep according to your desired length:  

STEP 1 
This picture is showing the original state of the product when purchased. 


STEP 2 
Insert the end of the strap into the center of the adjuster and pull it through to the back.  


STEP 3 
Pull the strap gently but firmly so that it stays secure and does not loosen.
