REFUND OVERVIEW
We do not offer price adjustment for any differences due to future mark down or promotional sales.
Please note that below deductions may apply to your refund:
• Shipping fees: Non-refundable.
• Gift Service fees: Non-refundable.
• Coupon value: Proportional deduction is applied.
ABOUT COUPONS
Please note that when returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted as a proportion dependent on the value of the item. Please be aware that the coupon will lose its value and cannot be replaced when refunding an item.
Please refer to the below examples as your references:
The purchase value (before coupon discount applied): Rp1.000.00
Coupon used: 100.000
Purchased items:
- Jacket Rp600.000
- Pants Rp300.000
- T-Shirt Rp100.000
- For Jacket, the coupon deduction is 60% or Rp60.000
- For Pants, the coupon deduction is 30% or Rp30.000
- For T-Shirt, the coupon deduction is 10% or Rp10.000
When returning the Jacket (Rp600.000)
Refund received = Rp540.000
Refunded amount = Rp600.000 (original product price) - Rp60.000 (coupon discount) = Rp540.000
When returning the pants (Rp300.000)
Refund received = Rp270.000
Refunded amount = Rp300.000 (original product price) – 30.0000 (coupon discount) = Rp270.0000
When returning the T- shirt (Rp100.000)
Refund received = Rp90.000
Refunded amount = Rp100.000 (original product price) - Rp10.000 (coupon discount)= Rp90.0000
When returning the whole order
Refund received = Rp900.0000
Refunded amount = Rp1.000.000 (original product price) - Rp100.000 (coupon discount)= Rp900.000
