Q. About Virtual Waiting Room (Queue it)

Feature Overview

To manage high levels of traffic on our website, we have introduced a Virtual Waiting Room.
When our site experiences a surge in visitors, you will be directed to the waiting room which will smoothly guide you through the process until you are able to access the site.

Important Notes
  1. If you are accessing this page via the UNIQLO app, a separate browser window will open. Please make sure to return to the UNIQLO app once you are done browsing, as your order may become invalid if you don't return within the time limit.
  2. Please avoid using the back button on your browser.
  3. Waiting times are approximate and may vary depending on website traffic.
  4. Once the designated start time arrives, you will be redirected to the online store in a specific order. Your initial position in the pre-queue is randomly assigned through a lottery system. Once the pre-queue phase is over, your place in the waiting room will be based on the order you joined the pre-queue.
  5. Please note that we cannot guarantee product availability, and customer service agents are unable to provide specific wait times.
  6. When your turn arrives, you will hear a notification sound if you are using a web browser. There will not be a notification email.
  7. If a significant amount of time passes before your turn, your order will be invalidated, and you will need to join the queue again.
  8. If your browser’s cookie settings are disabled, please enable them for proper site navigation.
  9. If you are using your browser in private or incognito mode, your order may not be processed correctly. We recommend using the regular browsing mode for a smoother experience.

How to Order
① Countdown (Pre-Queue) Page
A countdown will be displayed leading up to the start of the sale or collaboration event. Once the timer reaches zero, you will be placed in line.

② Join the Queue! (Waiting Room Page)
Once you enter the queue, the waiting time will be shown as an estimate, though this may change depending on site congestion. When you turn is approaching, the message “You are now in line for [Event Name].” will be displayed, along with a progress bar to show your estimated wait time.

③ Your Turn!
When it's your turn, you will be automatically redirected to the online store. Please note that there will be no email notification, but you may hear a sound if you are using a browser. If you do not proceed to the online store in time, your place in the queue will be forfeited, and you will need to rejoin the queue. We recommend adding your items to the cart as soon as possible to avoid delays.User-added image

1. Q: What happens if I do not access the product page within the time limit when it's my turn?  A: Your time will expire, and you will need to rejoin the queue.

2. Q: What happens if I leave the queue page?  A: If you leave the queue page, as long as you return before the time limit expires, you will still be able to access the site. Once you return, simply click  "Start Shopping" to continue.

3. Q: Will the products sell out while I am waiting in the queue?  A: Yes, there is a possibility that products may sell out during your wait. You can sign up for restock notifications, but please note this does not guarantee that the item will be available again. In some cases, items may not be restocked at all.

 


4. Q: Is there a time limit to complete my purchase once I access the website from the virtual waiting room?  A: While there is no strict time limit, we strongly encourage you to complete your purchase as quickly as possible to ensure the items you wish to buy are still in stock. Stock can be limited, so we recommend finalizing your order promptly.
