Q. What is ORDER & PICK?
ORDER & PICK allows you to order and pay online for items that are available at your local UNIQLO store to collect in as little as two hours*.

Are your product/s unavailable in store? If the product you are after is unavailable at your local store but available online, no worries! You can still select Click and Collect at the checkout to send it to your local store. Please click Here for more details about Click and Collect.
ORDER & PICK PROCEDURE

How do I use the ORDER & PICK service?
1. Select Your Product
On the page of the desired product, select the colour and size to see if the item is available for in-store pickup. Scroll down to Select your pickup location and click [ORDER & PICK].

2. Choose Your Pickup Location
If a specific store appears but you wish to pick up from another store, click [Search other stores]. On the store inventory search page, enter the store, postcode, or address.

Click the [ORDER & PICK] button for the store where you can visit.
Stores without the [ORDER & PICK] button are not eligible for the service.
*You will only be able to collect your item at the store where you clicked the [ORDER & PICK] button. We cannot transfer a product order to a different store, sorry!
3. Add to Cart
Review the details of your selected store and item. To add to your cart, click [ORDER & PICK].
You may adjust the quantity if you purchase multiple items in your shopping cart.

4. Review Your Cart and Checkout
Click [View Cart] and click [Go to checkout].
To add more items, click [Continue shopping] and repeat the steps before checkout.
You cannot combine items from different stores in one order. If you add items from multiple stores or from our online warehouse, you will need to place separate orders.

5. Payment
Enter your payment option and click [Place Order].
Even if you have already registered your credit card information, you must re-enter the security code.
*At this stage, only a credit card can be used for ORDER & PICK.
6. Collection
When your order is ready, we will send an email and app push to let you know. Please kindly check your order progress in APP or wait for this email as the store may still be preparing your order.

1.Q: How do I collect my order?
A: After you have received an email to let you know your order is ready to pick up, please show your UNIQLO App Member Barcode or your order number to the service counter at the time of collection.
2. Q: When will my order be ready?
A: Our team will be preparing your order as soon as possible during the store opening hours. We aim to have your order ready in as little as 2 hours, however during peak times it may take a little longer so please wait to receive your email confirming pick is available.
We ask that you please double check that ORDER & PICK has been selected as Click and Collect is a different service. This ensures that the item comes from the store's stock inventory.
3. Q: How long do I have to collect the order?
A: You have 14 days to collect your order from the store once you receive the "Your order is ready to collect" email.
4. Q: Can I change the pick-up store or cancel my order?
A: We cannot make any changes to orders once they are confirmed. If you cannot pick up your order, we can extend your collection time or process a refund upon request when it is ready to collect. Please contact our Customer Care team below via chat, email or phone below for further assistance.
5. Q: How can I exchange/return my ORDER & PICK order?
A: Please click here about returning or exchanging your ORDER & PICK order.
6. Q: Why has my order been cancelled?
A: If you receive an email that your ORDER & PICK order has been cancelled, it may be due to one or more items being out of stock. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and as the payment is pending when your order is placed, it will be automatically reversed and back in your account within 7-14 business days.

- The available payment method for the Order & Pick service is Credit Card only.
- Please select the ORDER & PICK option for your preferred store via the [Search other stores] button on the product page.
- Orders that have already been confirmed cannot be changed to the ORDER & PICK service.
- Please note that when using ORDER & PICK, novelty and gift with purchase options are not available.
