A: No, online order payment with COD is not applicable to participate in the Lucky Draw Plataran Hotels & Resorts program. For online orders, you can use VA/Bank transfer, Credit Card, QRIS, or Gopay payment methods.
4. Q: I purchased a total of Rp 3,000,000 in 1 (one) receipt/invoice. Do I get 3 (three) chances in the lucky draw?
A: No. If the purchase is made in 1 (one) receipt/invoice, then you only get 1 (one) chance. However, if you make purchases with a minimum of Rp 1,000,000 (exclude shipping, alteration, gift wrapping service and coupon) 3 (three) times or there are 3 (three) receipts/invoices, then you get 3 (three) chances.

Mechanism:
- Customers must spend min. Rp1,000,000 (after the deduction of coupon, gift wrap and alteration service fee) per transaction during the Program Period, no multiple purchases applied (1 (one) receipt/invoice = 1 (one) chance).
- Purchase can be made at any UNIQLO Indonesia stores or online (UNIQLO.com / UNIQLO APP)
- For in-store purchases, customers must login BEFORE scanning their UNIQLO APP and ensure their data (phone number, full name, email address) is completed.

Lucky Draw Winner Terms & Conditions:
- Winners will be notified by UNIQLO official email (customersupport@uniqlo.co.id), with the voucher attached.
- Email will be sent in January 2026 after the draw is executed.
- Hotel destination cannot be chosen or changed as they are assigned randomly.
Plataran Voucher Terms & Conditions:
- Reservation is required, please email all details including a copy of the Voucher to Plataran or reserve by phone call to Plataran.
- Winners must show their voucher and ID card upon arrival.
- Voucher can be used for 1 (one) night stay at the determined Plataran Hotel & Resorts.
- Voucher is included 1 (one) time breakfast and afternoon tea for 2 persons.
- Activities are based on hotel / resort schedule.
- Fruit basket and welcome drink upon arrival.
- Voucher is subject to availability, blackout dates and other travel restrictions.
- Voucher is valid from 1 February 2026 – 31 August 2026.
- Blackout dates (voucher is not valid): 19 - 29 March 2026.
- Voucher is not valid during high season or public holidays.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be credited to any account.
- Winner tax will be borne by UNIQLO Indonesia.

- This program does not apply to all employees and/or families of Uniqlo Indonesia employees.
- The determination of winners is final and cannot be contested.
- UNIQLO Indonesia reserves the right to cover the winners of the Program for publication purposes with prior notice, and to publish the Winner's name and description (which may contain personal information/data) for communication or advertising purposes (including testimonials) regarding the Program in various media, both print and electronic, without any obligation to provide any contribution to the Winner.
- UNIQLO Indonesia has the right to replace the prize with equivalent value if circumstances occur beyond the control of UNIQLO Indonesia
