You check the pick up period by clicking the【Details】on the designated order on 【Purchase History】→【Online】. Then you will find below information:

If you cannot come to the store directly, you can ask relatives or online driver to pick it up. You can share the screenshot of the membership barcode and pick up confirmation email or order history on the APP with status "Ready for pick up" to the person.
A: If the order still cannot be picked up within 1 day, it indicates that you did not choose Order & Pick but Click & Collect which is why the order needs more time to be packaged and shipped from our online warehouse to the chosen store.
2. Q: Can it be changed, from Click & Collect to Order & Pick?
A: No, the confirmed (order number has issued) cannot be changed or cancelled. Click here for the details.
3. Q: What should I do if I can't pick up until the the end of the period?
