[Notice] Additional Delivery Time During Nyepi and Lebaran

Due to the upcoming public holidays, please be advised that orders placed during the following periods will experience delivery delays:

Bali Areas (Silent Day / Nyepi)

Orders placed from March 16 to March 19, 2026, for the Bali region will experience a 1 – 2 days delay in delivery from the estimated time.

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders placed during this period will be shipped on March 20 – 21, 2026, or immediately after operations resume.
  • Affected Shipment Types: Home Delivery, Click & Collect (C&C), and Order & Pick (O&P).
  • Reason: In observance of the local religious holiday on March 19, all transportation hubs and commercial operations in Bali will be temporarily suspended. This includes the closure of flight schedules and local store operations, which will affect both standard shipping and Click & Collect availability.
 

JABODETABEK Areas (Lebaran)

Orders placed on March 19, 2026, for the JABODETABEK region will experience a 1 day delay for "Next Day Delivery" services.

  • Shipping Schedule: Affected orders will be shipped on March 21, 2026, following the holiday period.
  • Affected Shipment Type: Next Day Delivery.
  • Reason: Our Warehouse (WH) operations will resume on March 20, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM. Consequently, we are unable to guarantee the "Next Day" delivery option for orders placed on the 19th.
