Join Happy Hour in UNIQLO Live station Period: 30 May – 1 June 2026
Winners will receive either 1 (one) set of Earbuds or 1 (one) Smart band depending on the Happy Hour session joined; customers cannot choose the color.
Happy hour schedule: The prize details per session are as follows:
- 30 May 2026, 09:30–11:30 WIB – Smart band
- 30 May 2026, 13:30–15:30 WIB – Earbuds
- 31 May 2026, 09:30–11:30 WIB – Smart band
- 31 May 2026, 12:30–14:30 WIB – Earbuds
- 1 June 2026, 12:30–14:30 WIB – Smart band
- 1 June 2026, 18:30–20:30 WIB – Earbuds
The UNIQLO Live Station will start 30 minutes before each Happy Hour session. The actual start time of the Happy Hour will be announced during the Live session (approximately 30 minutes after the Live begins).
How to Participate in This Campaign
STEP I. Watch Live Station and Post on Instagram with below details:- Watch Live Station on the UNIQLO App during above scheduled time
- Take a screenshot of the Live Station you are watching
- Post in your Instagram Story and create a catchy pantun caption about Arigato Indonesia. Tag @uniqloindonesia and ensure your Story stays live for 24 hours.
- Account must be set to public/ not private
- Purchase with minimum IDR 1,000,000 (after alteration fee, gift-wrapping fee, and coupon deduction) using ONLY Home Delivery (Not eligible for Click & Collect and Order & Pick method)
- Payment must be completed during the Happy Hour
- Not eligible for COD and Pay in Store payment
- Instagram Story link of Live Station screenshot and pantun
- App membership details
- Order number you’ve purchased during Happy Hour
How to Get the Prize and Announce the Winners
- 50 winners will be selected for each Happy Hour session, the winners will be announced by D+1 through UNIQLO app notification (please ensure notifications are activated).
- Step 1: Open UNIQLO App & click menu “Membership”
- Step 2: Click menu “Settings” and click “Notifications”
- Step 3: Turn on all toggles of Notifications and it’s done
- On 2 June 2026, the winners will receive an email from no.reply@uniqlo.co.id (Official UNIQLO email) mentioning the prize delivery tracking while delivering the prize to the winner’s registered address.
- The winners can claim the prize warranty using the warranty card inside the prize box at offline Samsung stores.
Term and Conditions of the Event
- 1 (one) person can only win 1 (one) time and prize.
- The orders are non refundable.
- The prize will be shipped separately from customer’s ordered products.
- Prizes are non-transferable, and winners cannot choose the prize type or color.
- In case prize is failed to deliver to the winners, we will wait for confirmation from the winner for up to 1 (one) month. If we do not receive any response by 2 July 2026, the prize will be considered forfeited.
- The determination of winners and prizes are final and cannot be contested.
- This program does not apply to all employees and/or families of Uniqlo Indonesia employees.

A: Yes, customers can participate more than once, but each person can only win 1 (one) time.
3. What prizes can winners receive?
A: Winners will receive either earbuds or a smart band, depending on the Happy Hour session they joined. There will be 50 winners in each Happy Hour session, and customers cannot choose the prize color.

5. How will the prize be delivered?
A: Winners will receive an email from no.reply@uniqlo.co.id on 2 June 2026, containing the delivery tracking number of the prize shipment. The shipping costs will be covered by UNIQLO. Please note that the prize will be shipped separately from your ordered products.
6. How can winners claim the prize warranty?
A: Winners can claim the prize warranty using the warranty card inside the prize box at offline Samsung stores.
7. Is this giveaway applicable if I place an order using Click & Collect or Order & Pick?
A: No. This giveaway is only applicable to orders placed through online during Happy Hour using the Home Delivery method. Therefore, orders placed using Click & Collect or Order & Pick are not included in this giveaway program.
