Q. How do I access my account if I forgot my password?

If you are having trouble logging in or you cannot remember your password, please click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. You will receive an email to reset your account password. Please ensure you also check your junk/spam folder as the email may end up in there. If you have still not received the email, it may be because you do not actually have a registered account with us. As a reminder, once you have registered an account using your e-mail address, you cannot reuse the same e-mail in order to create a new Uniqlo account.
