Q. Store alteration service
Alteration service is available for selected bottoms at store outlets.
Please refer to the below for more information.
1. Kindly bring along your original invoice and bottoms to the store for alteration service.
2. For bottoms that cost IDR 299.000 and above, normal stitch is provided for free while blind stitch that cost IDR 299.000 and above has an alteration fee of IDR 30.000
3. For bottoms that cost below IDR 299.000, normal stitch has an alteration fee of IDR 30.000 while blind stitch has an alteration fee of IDR 60.000
4. Bottoms undergoing normal and blind stitch alterations will be depend on store's alteration capacity.
5. Alteration service is only available for selected designs.
6. Alteration time is subjected to store's alteration capacity and will be confirmed at cashier
