UNIQLO offers simple and practical on-site repairs to extend the life of your favorite UNIQLO products with RE.UNIQLO STUDIO available at UNIQLO La Piazza Kelapa Gading store. RE.UNIQLO STUDIO service currently features 2 (two) types of services: Repair (repairing damaged products) and Remake: Embroidery (changing the product as desired with embroidered images and writings).

1. Q: Where is RE.UNIQLO STUDIO located?
A: RE.UNIQLO STUDIO currently located in 36 stores spread across 16 countries. In Indonesia, RE.UNIQLO STUDIO is present at La Piazza Kelapa Gading. (Currently the only one and the first in Indonesia)

2. Q: When is the Re.UNIQLO Studio service available?
A: The RE.UNIQLO STUDIO service was launched for the first time in Indonesia on November 10th. Henceforth, the service is available every day at UNIQLO La Piazza Kelapa Gading, according to the booking queue.

3. Q: Is the service possible for Non UNIQLO products?
A: To ensure the quality of repair, our service is only available for UNIQLO products (newly purchased or previously purchased by customers).

4. Q: What are the services of RE.UNIQLO STUDIO?
A: Currently in Indonesia we present 2 types of services: Repair (repairing damaged products) and Remake: Embroidery (changing the product as desired with embroidered images and text).

5. Q: Can I request other services outside the menu?
A: RE.UNIQLO STUDIO can only provide Repair and Embroidery services in accordance with the menu and only for certain materials and products in accordance with the terms and conditions that can be repaired and embroidered to ensure the quality of service results.

6. Q: Can I place an order or pick up at a different UNIQLO store?
A: Orders and pick-up can only be taken at the same store where you requested the RE.UNIQLO STUDIO service and currently RE.UNIQLO STUDIO is only available in UNIQLO La Piazza Kelapa Gading.

7. Q: How to calculate the cost for multiple Repair and Embroidery in one product?
A: For Repair services the price listed is the price per type of damage. So the price of repairing 1 button is RP 30,000 and 2 buttons is RP 60,000. For Embroidery service, the price per image is RP 70,000 and the price per word is RP 70,000.

8. Q: When is the pick-up time for the product?
A: The pick-up time depends on the order queue. Please consult with the staff for the pick-up time.

9. Q: Will I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the results?
A: We will not process refunds. However, samples for Repair and Embroidery services will be shown to customers before payment. If the customer approves the sample results, they will then proceed with the payment and our staff will process the order.

10. Q: Can I make payments for new products along with the embroidery services at the RE.UNIQLO STUDIO checkout?
A: Payment for new products that will use the Embroidery service can be made at the RE.UNIQLO STUDIO cashier. For new products without Embroidery service can be paid at the store cashier.

11. Q: Why do I have to provide personal information such as name and mobile number as well as signature on the Customer Statement sheet?
A: The customer's name and mobile number are needed to help staff contact the customer if the customer has not picked up the ordered product for more than 7 (seven) days. Customer's signature is required to confirm before service is rendered. All personal data will be destroyed within 7 (seven) days after the product is picked up.
