1. UNIQLO Mug promotion for ONLINE purchase is still AVAILABLE. You can placed order with above requirements to get it.
2. 1 (one) order number / invoice = 1 (one) UNIQLO Mug. For example, you created 2 (two) orders with different order numbers / invoices that fulfilling the terms and conditions above, so you can get 2 (two) UNIQLO Mug for each order numbers / invoices, while the stock lasts.
1. Q: My online order meets the requirements but on the checkout page there is no information that I’ll get the UNIQLO Mug.
A: There is indeed no information on the checkout page and email regarding the novelty UNIQLO Mug. If your order meets the requirements, the warehouse will automatically deliver the UNIQLO Mug along with the products your address/store selected.
*You can check the invoice after you collect the package to make sure whether you get the UNIQLO Mug novelty. If there is no “UNIQLO Mug” statement it means that you do not get the novelty due to out of stock.
2. Q: Why do I not get a free UNIQLO Mug although I’ve spent Rp 699,000?
A: UNIQLO Mug is given to customers who meet the requirements and while stocks last. So it is possible that you did not get the UNIQLO Mug because the stock is no longer available.
3. Q: Can I still use the UNIQLO coupon to get the UNIQLO Mug?
A: Yes, you can use the coupon as long as the amount AFTER coupon and other fees is still Rp 699.000 above. You may refer to the the table below:
4. Q: Where can I get the information that the UNIQLO Mug is not available anymore?
A: You can check the UNIQLO website/app page or the main FAQ page or this FAQ page for information. As long as there is no "Fully Redeemed" or "Out of Stock" information on the website/app page or this FAQ page, the stock is still available.
5. Q: I choose Click and Collect, can I get my order with UNIQLO Mug by the same day I ordered?
A: For period 22 - 24 November 2024, all Click and Collect order will be processed at our online warehouse. Please wait for email notification with the subject <UNIQLO Indonesia> Your Click & Collect Order has arrived that you will receive after the product has arrived at the store. You may refer to this link for further information about Click and Collect.
6. Q: Will I get the UNIQLO Mug if I pick up my Click and Collect order on 22 November 2024?
A: UNIQLO Mug will be given to customers who place and pay their order within period 22 - 24 November 2024 with minimum purchase Rp 699,000 (after coupon deduction) while the supplies last. For order before or after the promotion period you will not get the mug, although you pick the product during the promotion period.
7. Q: I want to return my order because I chose the wrong size when shopping online. Should I return the UNIQLO Mug too?
A: The product return policy for online purchases can be found via the link here, and you do not need to return the Pouch has been received.
