1. Q: Is there any minimum purchase amount to get the Tiket.com Voucher?
A: There is no minimum purchase but you need to purchase a minimum 1 (one) PUFFTECH Parka (Puffer Jacket) or Ultra Light Down Jacket listed here.
2. Q: Can I purchase other products within 1 (one) invoice with PUFFTECH Parka (Puffer Jacket) or Ultra Light Down Jacket and get the Tiket.com Voucher?
A: Yes, as long as within the order/invoice there’s PUFFTECH Parka (Puffer Jacket) or Ultra Light Down Jacket listed here and while the Tiket.com Voucher is available, you can get the Tiket.com Voucher.
3. Q: Can I get the Tiket.com Voucher if I buy an ANYA HINDMARCH KIDS PUFFTECH Jacket or PUFFTECH Shirt Jacket?
A: No, the products that are not listed here are not eligible to get the Tiket.com Voucher. However, if you purchase ANYA HINDMARCH Collaboration collection along with the one of the product listed here within 1 (one) invoice, you can get it while the Tiket.com Voucher is available
4. Q: My online order meets the requirements but on the checkout page there is no information that I’ll get the Tiket.com Voucher.
A: There is indeed no information on the checkout page and email regarding the Tiket.com Voucher. If your order meets the requirements, the warehouse will automatically deliver the Tiket.com Voucher along with the products your address/store selected.
*You can check the invoice after you collect the package to make sure whether you get the UNIQLO Mug novelty. If there is no “Free Tiket.com Voucher” statement it means that you do not get the novelty due to out of stock.
5. Q: Where can I get the information that the Tiket.com Voucher is not available anymore?
A: You can check the UNIQLO website/app or this FAQ for information. As long as there is no "Fully Redeemed" or "Out of Stock" information on the website/app page or this FAQ page, meaning that the stock is still available.
6. Q: Why do I not get the Tiket.com Voucher even though I’ve bought one of the products listed here?
A: Tiket.com Voucher is given to customers who meet the requirements and while stocks last. So it is possible that you did not get the Tiket.com Voucher because the stock is no longer available.
7. Q: I choose Click and Collect, can I get my order with the Tiket.com Voucher by the same day I ordered?
A: The Click and Collect order will be processed at our online warehouse in Jakarta. Please wait for email notification with the subject <UNIQLO Indonesia> Your Click & Collect Order has arrived that you will receive after the product has arrived at the store. You may refer to this link for further information about Click and Collect.
8. Q: Will I get the Tiket.com Voucher if I pick up my Click and Collect order on 25 November 2024?
A: Tiket.com Voucher will be given to customers who place and pay their order within period 25 November - 22 December 2024 and purchase at least one product listed here, while the supplies last. If you order and pay before or after the promotion period, you will not get the Tiket.com Voucher, although you pick the product during the promotion period.
