Mechanism for Credit Card via Online & Store:
Purchase with minimum Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction) at UNIQLO stores or online (website/apps) and customer will get cashback that will be credited to the credit balance within 40 working days from the end of promotion period or maximum by 24 June 2025.
- Cashback Rp200,000: for using Mandiri JCB Precious Credit Card payment.
- Cashback Rp100,000: for using Mandiri Signature, World, World Elite Status Credit Card (VISA, Master) payment.

Customer makes a transaction with Mandiri Signature Credit Card on 14 March 2025 at UNIQLO store with an amount of Rp3,000,000. Customer will get Rp 100,000 cashback by maximum on 24 June 2025 or 40 working days since end of the promotion date.

Purchase with minimum Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction) with Mandiri Debit VISA via online (UNIQLO website/apps), customers are eligible to get cashback Rp 50,000. Cashback will be credited to the bank account within 40 working days from the end of promotion period or maximum by 24 June 2025.
For online purchase, both Mandiri Debit and Credit Card, cashback ONLY eligible if completing the payment by entering the card number through payment method “Credit Card” as below:

- Cashback is not valid for multiple purchases.

- Cashback is not valid for payment with a Debit Card through Pay in Store method.
- For in-store purchases must be through EDC Mandiri.
- For in-store purchases, cashback is not valid for self-checkout.

1. Q : I have a Mandiri JCB Credit Card and a Mandiri Debit Card, can I get cashback for each card?
A : No, because cashback is only eligible 1 (one) time per customer.
2. Q : Can I get the Mandiri cashback right after the transaction?
A : No, the cashback will be credited to your billing statement or bank account as below:
3. Q: Will I get the cashback if I purchase at the store with a Mandiri Debit Card?
A: No, transaction at store with Madiri Debit Card is not eligible to get the cashback.
4. Can I use Virtual Account (VA) Bank Transfer method to get the cashback for online transactions with Mandiri Debit Card?
A: No. Cashback for Mandiri Debit Card can ONLY be obtained if the requirements have been met and complete the payment by selecting the "Credit Card" payment method.
5. Q: Can I use payment with QRIS or Pay in Store to get the cashback?
A: No, you will not get the cashback if using QRIS.
-For in-store purchase, you must pay with the eligible Credit Card using the Mandiri EDC machine.
6. Q: I order online through Pay in Store method with the Mandiri VISA Debit Card, will I get cashback?
A: No, cashback is not applicable for Pay in Store with Mandiri Debit Card. To get cashback with a debit card, please make payment for online order with the “credit card” method as stated here.
7. Q : I have paid using a Mandiri card with a purchase of Rp 1.500.000 (after coupon deduction), will there be a notification about this cashback?
A : After paying there is no notification via email or cashback statement on the receipt or invoice. But after the cashback is sent to your Credit Billing or Bank Account (debit), there will be a Whatsapp notification.
8. Q: Is there a specific code that must be entered to get Mandiri cashback when ordering online?
A: There is no special code or coupon. If your transaction at UNIQLO store or online (website/application) has met the terms and conditions, you will get the cashback.
9. Q : Will I still get the cashback if I return the product?
A : No. You will not get cashback if you return products for refund.
10. Q : I still haven't received the cashback even though it has been 2 (two) months since the promotion ended.
A : If you haven't received the cashback, you can contact Mandiri Call Center 14000.
