PACKING ESTIMATION TIME

The packing process will take averagely 1 (one) day since the order is confirmed, both for Home Delivery and Click & Collect.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification for the delivery to address/store or you can check the [Purchase History] for the status to be changed to "On the way" for Home Delivery or "Preparing for Pickup" for Click & Collect

Firstly, please note that below is the illustration for regular order without alteration and all products stock are ready.

Illustration 1. Ship to address (home delivery) to JABODETABEK area
Next day delivery: payment today, arrive tomorrow
Order and payment date: 10 November at 8 AM
Shipment date: 11 November morning - afternoon
Arrival date: 11 November maximum at 22.00 WIB


Illustration 2.  Click & Collect to JABODETABEK store area
Order and payment date: 10 November at 8 AM
Shipment date: 11 November evening (5 - 7 PM)
Arrival date: 12 November maximum at 22.00 WIB (2 (two) days).

*Same day Click & Collect is not applicable.

Order and payment date: 10 November at 8 AM

HOME DELIVERY

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 
You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.
You can also check your order by logging into your UNIQLO account and viewing your [Purchase History]:

Below is the order status details:
OrderedYour order has been placed successfully.
Preparing to ShipYour order is being prepared in our warehouse.
Estimation maximum 1x24 hours since the order confirmed.
On the wayYour order is passed to courier and is being shipped to you.
A shipping confirmation e-mail will include the estimated delivery date and tracking details.
The tracking status will be accessible on courier's website within 1x24 hours.
DeliveredYour order has arrived at the shipping address provided.

How to track the delivery status

Track your delivery by entering clicking the tracking number provided on [Purchase History] or the email, it will direct you automatically to your order details on courier's website.

You can also enter your tracking number in the following carriers' tracking sites: jne.co.id/en/tracking-package

Important Notes

  • Ensure there are no spaces when copying and pasting your tracking number.
  • Please allow time for the tracking number to be updated on the carrier’s website with estimation 1x24 hours.
  • If tracking details are not available yet, please check again later.
 
CLICK & COLLECT
Unfortunately, delivery tracking is not available for store collection orders. You will receive a pickup notification email once your order is ready for collection.

Even if you do not receive the pickup notification email, you can still check your order status in your [Purchase History].
Below is the order status details:
OrderedYour order has been placed successfully.
Preparing for PickupYour order is being prepared in our warehouse
Ready for PickupYour order is on the way to the store.
ReceivedYou will receive an e-mail once your order is ready for collection.
 

How to Collect Your Parcels

  • Please bring along your e-mail confirmation (printed or on your smartphone). You can also show your UNIQLO App membership barcode for a quick and easy collection.
  • You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to the store to collect it.
 
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • Q. The tracking number of my home delivery order cannot be traced.

    A. The tracking number will be visible/accessible within 1x24 hours. Please be willing to wait.
    In addition, if you copy-paste the tracking number on the courier's website, please ensure that there is no space before and after the tracking number.

  • Q. Is there same day delivery service?

    A. No, unfortunately there is no same day delivery service, either for Jabodetabek or outside Jabodetabek areas.
     

  • Q. Can I pick up my Click & Collect within the same day I ordered?

    A. No. There are no same day service for Click & Collect order. If you would like to order with the stock that is available at the store and come to the store to pick up the order, you may use Order & Pick. Click here for detailed information about Order & Pick method. 

  • Q. I do not receive any pick-up notification for my Click & Collect order, what should I do?

    A. Please check your spam/junk folder as often emails are redirected. You can also confirm the status of your order by logging into your UNIQLO account and checking your [Purchase History] 

  • Q. What happens if I am unable to collect my orders within designated period of time?

    A. You may extend the holding period up to 2 weeks or to refund the order. Please contact our Customer Support on the channel at the bottom of the page, for further support.
