We accept returns or exchange for products by following our policy below:
1. Return/Exchange period for the product through online purchase is valid for a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.
2. Returned/Exchanged product required in the original condition, not used/washed, still has the price tag and purchased receipt/invoice, also the product is not included in “cannot be returned/exchanged products”.
3. Product through online purchase with “Pay in Store” payment method can only be exchanged at all UNIQLO Indonesia stores by bringing the physical invoice as the proof of transaction.
4. Exchange products can be done with a replacement product with the same or higher price based on payment amount and can be exchanged with stock that is available at store.
5. For online purchased, the refunded amount will be based on the amount that you have paid dan if coupon is used, the coupon cannot be reactivated.
6. PT. Fast Retailing Indonesia can ONLY serve the UNIQLO Indonesia products.
7. PT. Fast Retailing Indonesia reserves the right to deny any return/exchange if the product(s) does not meet the return/exchange Policy requirement.
Conditions for products for return and exchange:
Below is the product category that cannot be returned/exchanged:
*Packaging items, for example socks, innerwear, Bra, Bratops, camisole, Relaco, pajamas, and baby products due to hygienic purposes.
*Accessories items, for example mask, cap, sheet, pillowcase shoes, glasses, bags, umbrella, belts, gloves, scarf, etc.
*Online order with Pay in Store cannot be returned, only exchange at store.
*Although the price tag is not attached to the product, long as you have the price tag and the product condition fulfilled the return/ exchange policy, return/exchange can still be done.
*Product received as gift, white-colored product, and discounted (value buy) product can be returned/exchanged as long as it fulfilled the return/exchange policy.
*Extended size (XS, XXL, XXXL) or special edition can be exchanged at store with product that is available at store that you visit.
Return & Exchange Procedures for Online Purchase:
How to exchange for online purchase: 
1. Please refer to return/exchange policy and conditions.
2. Exchange can be done in ANY UNIQLO Stores in Indonesia with store’s stock, as long as the exchange/return policy is fulfilled.
3. Fill in the return form and bring this with you when you visit the store.
4. Bring the product you’d like to exchange along with the price tag and invoice or the return form.
5. Choose the new product at store and bring it along with your product and the invoice/return form to the cashier for the exchange process.
How to return for online purchase:

Return can ONLY be done by sending the product to our warehouse. Other than payment with Pay in Store, online order with other payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, COD) can be returned for refund. Please kindly refer to steps below:
1. Fill in the quantity of items that will be returned and the reason code on the return form.
2. Pack the returned items into a box/package and include the return form inside the box. You may refer to below address:

3. Choose any courier company (with tracking system) and return to our warehouse at your own cost.
4. After product arrive at warehouse, the returned product will go through verification process. After the product is verified, you will receive email notification regarding the refund details.
5. The refund will be processed based on your original payment. For Virtual Account and COD Payment, you will receive link of the refund form that need you to submit for the details such as your bank account number and your registered email.
Exchange Procedures for In-Store Purchase:

1. Please refer to return/exchange policy and conditions.
2. Exchange can be done in ANY UNIQLO Stores in Indonesia with store’s stock, as long as the exchange/return policy is fulfilled.
3. Bring the purchase receipt and product including the price tag to your desired store.
4. Choose the new product at store and bring it along with your product and the receipt to the cashier for the exchange process.
