Q. When will I get my order after successful order notification?
⚠️ All Click & Collect orders created and paid from 4 October 2024 are processed from the warehouse in Jakarta (not from store’s stock). So, it needs time for packing and delivery process to stores.

The estimation delivery depends on the distance and delivery method that you choose. The packing process will take averagely 1 (one) day since the order is confirmed, both for Home Delivery and Click & Collect. Once your order is ready and picked up by courier, you will receive an email notification for the delivery to address/store or you can check the order history details for the status to be changed from "preparing" to "shipped".

*1 There might be additional 6 days that could be needed for Kab. Jepara, Kab. Gresik, Kab. Sumenep
*2 There might be additional 6 days that could be needed for other islands than Lombok and Timor
*3 There might be additional 8 days that could be needed for outside Sumatera island and some cities in Aceh, North Sumatera, Riau, Bengkulu
*4 There might be additional 7 days that could be needed for outside Sulawesi Island and some cities in North, Central, East Sulawesi
*5 There might be additional 7 days that could be needed for some cities in North Maluku
*6 There might be additional 6 days that could be needed for Kab. Supiori and cities in West Papua
B. Estimation delivery process to stores (Click & Collect):
Your Click and Collect (C&C) order might be shipped from our warehouse in Jakarta if you order for extra sizes, alteration, gift wrap/box/bag and if the product's stock is low or not available at the store. Please click below for further information of Click and Collect method:
